These Clorox wipes for mopping are bleach free and feature ultra textured fabric that traps 4X more particles, dirt and hair*** and prevent bacteria growth**** for 24 hours. *Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Streptococcus pyogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Influenza Virus Type A2, Influenza Virus Type B when used as directed on hard, nonporous surfaces. **Kills SARS-CoV-2 on hard, nonporous surfaces. ***vs Clorox Disinfecting wipes. ****Prevents odor causing bacteria on non food contact surfaces. Q: Does this product have artifical scent or does it actually contain linalool and linalyl acetate from lavender? I have pets so I'm concerned about linalool & linalyl acetate which is toxic for them.

I 100% prefer the Clorox wipes over the Swiffer ones because they’re a disinfectant. This particular scent smells really good too! These are great for a quick cleanup in between the full-on deep-cleaning mop jobs.

Smells Like Lavender Nail Polish Remover

I was excited when I saw these, bcs I love my Swiffer Deluxe Wet Mop, but they Swiffer Wet Pads only clean. They do not disinfect. After using these, I really regretted having done so. When I first opened them, the smell was like nail polish remover that is scented with a light, chemical smelling lavender scent. Going against my better judgement, I thought that I would try them, in hopes that it wouldn’t smell that way once on floor, & that smell would dissipate. I was very wrong. FYI, I have a very strong sense of smell, but even after letting it dry, the smell never dissipated @ all. After abt 1-2 hours or so, I decided that I couldn’t stand the smell anymore, so pulled out my new mop & bucket (never used), to rinse it with water, After wetting mop & mopping over 1 area of the floor, I put the mop back into rinse water. It immediately appeared as though I had put soap or floor cleaner in the water, bcs so much product was left behind on the floor from the Clorox wet pads. After rinsing entire floor with water, I can still smell it, just not as strong, now. Since it is NOT safe to rinse with vinegar water after using Clorox Wet Pads (vinegar is an acid, & acids would mix with the chemicals in these to form a dangerous gas), I stuck with water. I may have to rinse it, again. Never again. These went straight to the trash. It would have been easier to do a full mop, using my bucket & mop. If you plan to use these, be CERTAIN that you are ok with the smell, before using on your floor. In my opinion, they smell awful & very unhealthy to breathe.

Good product, botched delivery

What I actually want to review is the delivery, not the item itself, but I can’t find a better place to do that. The mop cloths are fine, but there’s a lot of liquid in the container, and it spilled - big time - in the delivery box, so that it was already dripping wet by the time I pulled it inside, had drenched the other items in the box, and made a sloppy wet mess all over the floor. At least it was floor cleaner, I guess, but I wasn’t trying to mop just then, or soak everything in the entry (including my foot) in Clorox.

Good & easy

These are so nice and easy to use. They do a great cleaning of my lamenate floor and my tile floor. I picked this scent because I like it but there are others. Clorox is my favorite cleaner. I used 1 for each floor (2 total) Maybe could have used one for both but decided no. One lasted for each floor but mine are not large. I'm in an apartment. They work perfectly for me but I would recommend them for any size floor.

My floor is clean but I had to use the cloth and hand scrub. Scent is overpowering. Doesn't slide across floor easily and doesn't stay on my Swiffer mop. Not purchasing again.
