Q: Do I flip the bottle upside down with the cap still on and squeeze once for a small to medium load? Do I do the same for larger loads? Then do I take the cap off but will it stop on it own? Thanks!

  • A: Hello - Great question! You can open the flip cap and turn the bottle upside down over your laundry machine dosing cup. Simply squeeze once and the product will dispense for a medium load. A second squeeze can be used for a larger sized load.

    Horrible measurement system, but works well

    This detergent works really well. I think people are used to really strongly scented products that hide odors that linger in clothes when the oils and stuff aren't properly broken down. If you weren't using an optimal detergent prior, the enzymes in this will start to break down those odors and may need more than one wash (preferably a long, hot cycle) to *actually* get removed after switching to this. My clothes come out smelling fresh, but not overly scented, which I like. I will say though, the self dispensing cap is nonsense. They need to just put a measurement guide on the bottle using tbsp or something accessible to understand. I have a non-standard sized washing machine so I had to trial and error to find the right amount to use.

    I LOVE this product! Switch over from "all" and haven't looked back. Leaves my clothes clean with a hint of lavender scent.     Does not work as advertised!

    I have been using non toxic laundry detergents for a long time. I read a lot of the reviews for this one and was hopeful it would get me by so i didnt have to buy my more expensive brand I typically use. the first load i did with this using the amount given on the bottle, my clothes smelled musty - not clean, and there was zero essential oil smell. the next load I did, i tripled the amount called for. my clothes came out cleaner and did not smell musty, but there was still zero essential oil scent. I have had to mix this with my more expensive detergent to get my clothes to smell clean and fresh. The bottle is not lasting very long eihter bc of how much has to be used at one time. will not buy again.

    Good clean, bad reaction

    I'm not a super sensitive skin person, but after using this on my athletic wear I found hives and breakouts anywhere I had sweated. Three weeks after rewashing our towels, athletic wear etc, I'm still experiencing discomfort. I use Lavender and Bergamot essential oils in my work so i'm not sure what caused the issue. I wish it worked for me, everything else about this product was fantastic.

    My favorite detergent

    I found this detergent about a year ago in the non-concentrated form, and fell in love with the smell. I now use the concentrated version because it takes up less space in my cabinet but is just as effective. The smell is refreshing and wonderful and I haven't had any sensitivity issues with the detergent. I would love to have dryer sheets in this scent as well!

    Squeeze measure!
