    Pleasantly surprised

    I wasn’t sure about these at first as someone who likes their music loud but these are amazing. I decided to order them because I have a lot of ear piercings that can make AirPods uncomfortable and fall out when I’m running. I swear there were times when I could not even feel these like I was literally checking to make sure they were still on my ears cause I legit could not tell. They were with me when I ran a 10 miler race the other day and were a perfect companion.

    Disappointed

    I was hoping these would be as great as my OPEN RUN, they are not. I cannot answer the phone with them, as I can with my OPEN RUN, a great disappointment. The tap/ double tap is not working. Volume is easy to adjust. So I must still fumble with the phone to accept the call. Listening to an audio book is nice, sound quality is wonderful. I will continue to use my OPEN RUN and these will look nice on a shelf.

    Left ear stopped working. At first it would take a while to connect and it would have to disconnect and de-connect. Now it is not working at all. Definitely do not recommend.

    Left ear doesn't always work.

    I love the feel and the sound, but the left earbud sometimes won't work. I've tried resetting and recharging, but can't figure out the cause. Sometimes it works great.

    A lot of folks in the running group swear by these- but they must not sweat. By mile 6 these short out, stop working, advance on their own. Really frustrating and disappointing. If you don’t sweat or you’re not going far- these may work well for you.

    Faithful Shokz Customer

    This is the second pair of OpenFit Air Shokz that I've purchased. I got this replacement because my first pair were truly life-changing. Living in a house with two teenagers and a husband who loves his entertainment, I can be around them but listening to my own favorite podcasts, audiobooks, and music. I appreciate this design that doesn't make my ears hot and itchy like traditional earbuds. I'm a faithful Shokz customer now.

    So far so good!

    I'm coming from 2 back to back pairs of bose open ear buds that both failed in less than their 1 year warranty. I've never used shokz and the differences between the different levels didn't mean anything to me so I opted for the cheapest type first. I've been using them for about a week and so far i really like them. Sound quality is good, battery lasts quite a while, no pain around my ears. They stay in and feel secure while I'm running. So far I'm really happy with them! Hoping they last longer than my bose but they also have a longer warranty and I appreciate the different price points.

    They’re okay if you don’t use them

    I recently bought these as a reward for training for another race and was really disappointed. They don’t feel secure, half the time they don't actually charge and the touch area is iffy. Trying to decide if I just got a bad batch or if they’re actually just that bad.
