I would rate zero stars if I could. Like other reviews have said, this heating pad stopped working after a few months. I got the flashing red light and it will not turn on. Hoping this was a fluke, I got a replacement and had the same issue again. I’m surprised to see so many positive reviews, as this product is apparently designed for a limited number of uses and will not last, you’re forced to replace it. Absolutely do not recommend.

i bought the heat pad and it seemed overpriced but thought its sunbeam so good quality...no not anymore, it worked well for a few months but broke and all it does is give me a red flashing light, tried all the troubleshooting and nothing. My roomate threw out the box too which also had the reciept in it to add insult to injury so now i cant even try and get a replacement... almost 40 dollars for something hurts when money is already tight so i got burned bad on this purchase, would not recommend

I wish there was less than 1 star. Be warned: it doesn’t get hot. It doesn’t even get really warm. It isn’t faulty - the different heat settings are definitely a different temp. But “hot” is just barely warm to the touch. I can promise you’ll be disappointed.

This is the second one I have. The 1st I have had, and I still use for about 10 years. I was hoping this will be bigger. It is longer but not wider which would have been very nice. The one thing I wished i had on this new model is to have the optwion of the timer and/or turning off manually. This only has only the option of the timer. My motivation for purcahse was the sale price. I am glad to have purchased.

This heating pad doesn’t get very hot and has a strong smell right out of the package that hasn’t dissipated since I bought it earlier this week even though it’s been out of the packaging since I got it. Maybe I just got a dud but I’m definitely taking this back and probably going with a different choice.

I love how big this heating pad is it covers so much area and wraps around which makes it really nice using it for my lower back. I also used it on my shoulders last night & it was perfect.
