    Everything about the steam cleaner has been great.

    Heats up quickly, releases plenty of steam, and is super easy to use and swap attachments. Very lightweight piece of equipment. All in all it’s a great tool for anyone who wants the cleaning power of a steam mop, and the versatility to be able to use it for other jobs.

    My new detachable steam mop arrived today. Very quick delivery thru this store. Put product together very quickly and just used for the first time. The floors look great Looking! Looking forward to the detachable functionality for cleaning other surfaces than just the hardwood floors.

    The product works as advertised. It heats up very quickly and cleans well. I was able to remove baked on window tint that i couldnt remove otherwise. Also cleaned car floor mats, couch and floors. It also cleaned my stove to like brand new appearance. Great for sanitizing everything.

    Very happy with this purchase.

    I have used this steam cleaner on my kitchen tile floor and my hardwood floors. It feels sturdy and well made. Easy to use. Love the long cord. I have had an older Shark steam cleaner which I really liked, and a newer Shark which I really didn't like. So I am a little picky and happy that I really like this cleaner

    Amazing with only one issue

    This is beyond amazing! Received it yesterday and gave steam cleaned every inch of our floors and cannot believe the difference. We clean all the time and thought our home was as clean as possible but this took our cleaning to the next level. The only problem is after using it on our grout the bristles partially melted and did not hold up that well to the steam.

    I have used this steam mop twice, and it heats up fast, does what it's supposed to and looks unique! I haven't used the attachments yet, but they feel high quality and seem like they will last. I like the satisfaction of looking at my clean floors afterwards!!

    Meh

    Good steamer overall. I live that the head of the steamer stays in touch with the ground while mopping and the pads are washable. I wish the settings were easier to use- you have to bend over to push one button over and over to get to the setting you want. It would be easier if it was a switch. When Getting the hand held attachment back into the main body I find it difficult to latch correctly. I also wish it would let you know when it’s ready to use.
