Severe burning in my nostrils. Yes- it did clear my sinuses, however, it was very painful on a relatively raw nose after 3 days of being sick. The lingering pain was not worth being able to breathe through my nose.

This works but I'm pretty annoyed that you arent supposed to use this or any nasal spray with this ingredient for more than 3 days, yet it is not listed anywhere in the instructions. How stupid. So yeah, it works great but it's a pretty significant miss to leave the risk of rebound congestion off of the warning label.

Product is pure trash

Read through a lot of the reviews, so many are for the wrong product! That being said, this stuff actually does work. Just make sure you tuck your chin down to where it almost touches your chest. If you tilt your head back, you’ll get this stuff down your throat and it will get that burning sensation everyone is talking about. The people that have a severe burning sensation are probably having a reaction to some of the chemicals in here. It really does work within 5 minutes, but it certainly doesn’t last 12 hours, maybe 6-7, which is fine by me. You can only do it twice in a 12 hour period, so I would time it correctly and do it for every 12 hours. I did mine at 9 am and 9 pm, right before bed so I could sleep and make sure it lasted through the night. I have a pretty bad cold that stuffed my face up worse than it ever has, like to the point where I was having trouble swallowing because I was so swollen even to the top of my mouth and the pressure wouldn’t allow the saliva go down (like holding your finger over the straw to keep liquid in). Two sprays of this and holy crap! Miracle! I took off a star because of the promised duration vs. the actual duration.

This is the only product that truly helps with congestion when I am sick.

I didn’t have high hopes this stuff would actually do what it says it does. WOW! It really works and works quickly. I’ve been sick the past few days and could not breathe. I tried cold meds and nothing helped. I used two pumps of this in each nostril and within a minute, I could breathe again. I didn’t have issues with the bottle design and it’s easy to use. I highly recommend this product

This spray works but as other have said it comes at a cost. It irritates your throat, I had a sore throat & dry mouth for 2-3 days after using this. I constantly had to keep a cough drop in to soothe my throat.

It really works, now I can sleep peacefully.

Amazing and helpful

Tried different sprays and liquid congestion medicines and this is the only one that actually worked and worked well. Completely cleared my congestion. Just be aware you shouldn’t use it for more than 3 days because it can cause rebound congestion (same with any other nasal sprays with this active ingredient)

Bought this product for the good reviews. Everyone at my work was getting sick and I caught a stuffy nose (both nostrils) I sounded so congested. This immediately cleared me up and took away the nasally Sound. I didn’t get any burning like other reviews but everyone is different!
