What do I do with the crumb tray as it’s too narrow for the wall slots. Or .. is it to lay at the bottom of the interior?

Good performance but the controls are a little confusing.

I am missing the instruction sheets, bake pan, broil rack and sllide-out crumb tray

Got it for free as a gift from my job. Handle is flimsy and vroke off getting it out of the box. You follow the directions on the packet of food, this thing manages to burn it. After 4.5 months of regular use, the inner door detached from the outside door and would have to slam it to reattach. Biggest waste of an appliance.

I find that the crumb tray and roasting pan stain from the food and are hard to clean.

This is huge with a short cord. Also, it's a pain to clean. Also, I noticed that 99% of the positive reviews are from people who received this item for free. What does that tell you about the company if they have to give away their product in order for people to write a positive review for them.

Love this! Simple to use, crispy food, have used it for pizza, French fries, quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, warming up breakfast toast. So glad I bought this!

Broken after 4 months exactly. I got it on 4/18/20 today it’s 8/18/20 it doesn’t work. Hamilton Beach customer service is closed because the pandemic. Nothing to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this air fryer for cooking pizza, bacon, and reheating french fries. It does a very good job it gets very hot and the french fries come out great when air fried. For most people this will work fine you will have the space and enough electrical plugs to make this fit on your counter. The rotary dial knobs are something that should last a long time, you will have to go back in time to use them which i didn't mind. The length of the cord is ridiculous it is the same length as your toaster cord except this thing is 10 times the size. You will have to clear a big spot on your counter and some space around it, this oven gets hot or carry it around every time you use it which isn't a big deal it is just the cord length that limits your choices.

I have made chicken, fries, pizza and so much more in it. This is my new go to oven. Makes dinner quick and easy. Easy to clean also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach airfryer countertop oven does everything. You can toast, bake, broil , and air fry. It comes with a air fry basket, a broil pan and a baking sheet. It has an automatic shut off function. The knobs are easy to use and easy to read. The oven is large enough to cook food for a family of four. With so many options you can cook an entire meal in this. Less dishes which is always a plus. The outside does get warm so you have to be careful when cooking. It does cool down quickly when you are finished using it. All the pieces are dishwasher safe which allows for quick and easy clean up. The oven is heavier than a normal toaster oven and is fairly large so it takes up alot of space. The oven runs off a wattage of 1800 so food cooks quicker. The air fry is great for wings, fries, chicken nuggets ect. The food comes out crispy everytime. Over all it has replaced many of my appliances and I am very happy with it.

It was a little larger than I thought it would be but it is versatile and I love the stainless look. I had been wanting an air fryer so I was excited to try this function first. I made french fries and they were very good. So much healthier than traditional frying. We have also used it to make pizza, chicken fingers and biscuits. Everything was very good and I loved not having to turn on the big oven. The versatility of this oven will make it good addition to any kitchen.

The steak I broiled was perfect throughout & the chicken & potatoes I air fried were crispy on the outside and moist & chewy on the inside. This product is top notch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach Air Fry Countertop Oven has changed the way I cook forever! This air fryer saves so much time when cooking. The 1st thing we cooked in it was hot wings. My kids and husband fell in love immediately. The wings were crisper and the taste was 10 times better than using a microwave or the oven. The next thing I did was chicken. It usually takes me 1hr to cook and cut up the chicken for dinner but with the air fryer the chicken was cooked in 10 mins and it came out juicier than ever. The last big thing I've cooked in it was pork chops. The pork chops took 15 mins to make and they were the best I've ever had. This air fryer has not just saved me time but it's saved me from a bunch of dirty dishes too. It comes with 3 different racks and they are very easy to clean. This air fryer is very simple and easy to use. My kids come home from school and can make their own food if I'm at work that day. I love how it also serves as a convection oven, toaster and broiler on top of the air fryer function. I seriously haven't used my oven or toaster since I've had the Hamilton Beach Air Fry Countertop Oven. I would recommend this to everyone! I have told my friends and family about this and 3 of them have already bought one and love it.

The Hamilton Beach Air Fryer Countertop Oven is a substantial appliance that appears to be well-built. The unit measures 12.7 High x 17.6 Wide x 15.7 Deep. Keep these dimensions in mind to be sure you have enough space on your counter. The stainless steel finish adds to its appearance. This appliance can function as a toaster, oven, convection oven, broiler, and air fryer. I tested the Hamilton Beach Air Fryer Countertop Oven as a toaster, oven, convection oven, and air fryer. As with any new appliance, read the instruction before you use the appliance and heed any cautions mentioned in the instructions. Also, there is a certain amount of trial and error before you are confident your results are what you expected. As a toaster, I found that this works well especially if you have larger slices of bread. The toaster provided even browning, but slices in the back browned faster than slices in the front. As an oven and convection oven, it worked very well. I baked my standard Chocolate Chip Cookies in both oven and convection modes. The resulting cookies were perfect. The only difference I noticed is the cookies baked in the oven mode spread a little more than the cookies in convection mode. Until using this appliance I had never used a convection oven and it was easy to adapt a standard recipe by either reducing the temperature by 25 degrees or reducing the baking time by 25 percent. As an air fryer, the end results were what I expected but it took trial and error to get there. I didn’t have experience using an air fryer so I relied on the scanty instructions included with the appliance and checking the Hamilton Beach website. I used the air fryer for frozen onion rings, frozen mozzarella sticks, and homemade chicken strips. The onion rings were crispy but needed to be rotated halfway through the cooking time. The mozzarella sticks were crispy on the outside and nicely melted on the inside and were done long before the time indicated in the cooking guide section of the instructions. The chicken strips were crispy and tender, but took longer than the information available on the website indicated. For any meat cooked in the air fryer, I would use a thermometer to ensure the meat is cooked properly. Cleaning is easy. When the oven has cooled, remove the tray, rack, pan, or air fryer rack, soak in water with perhaps a little Dawn, wipe with a soft cloth, rinse, and dry completely. Inside the oven, simply wipe with a damp soft cloth. What are the negatives with this appliance? 1. The temperature dial has 50 degree gradations. If you have a recipe that requires a 325 degree setting, you just have to make your best guess at the correct setting. 2. The power on light isn’t very bright. 3. There isn’t a light on the inside. To check on the food you need to open the door and remove it from the appliance. 4. The Cooking Guide included in the instructions provides minimal information and specifies suggested cooking times. This was the most frustrating part of using the air fryer. I spent more time than I expected referring to information on the web. My expectation was the appliance would have included enough information specific to this appliance that I could essentially plug and go. It would be great to include a cookbook with the appliance, especially for air fryer items.
