We Love this crockpot

I love the fact that the top can be securely placed so it doesn't slide fall off and break. I cooked a ham for Christmas in it and it turned out absolutely amazing. Can't wait to continue to cook with it.

The size allows you to cook big meals as well as small meals

The Crock Pot in this size was sold out, and as I needed one I thought that I'd give this a try. It is every bit as good as the other brand, easy clean up, has a GLASS lid and removable stoneware liner just like the other, but is literally half the price! Since buying the first I have added a second as well as 2 smaller ones as well. I love them all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been really enjoying using the Hamilton Beach 7qt Slow Cooker! It isn’t complicated to use, like some other slow cookers are. I love that it has a few options to use; off, keep warm, low and high. Those are the only things that I will ever need to use for all of my favorite dishes! Plus, clean up was so easy for me to do! I love the size and shape because it cooks everything perfectly, every time! I think the latch strap is very handy and a bonus from those metal latches on top, that, for me was always kind of a pain to use. I love the look and quality of my Hamilton Beach slow cooker! Every meal that I have used it for has been tasty and more than enough food for the entire family!

I can cook dinner for the family and keep it on warm for my husband, who works nights. It also has a wire latch to lock the lid in place for protect from spills when traveling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slow cooker is huge and deep. It will fit all large portions of food, making it perfect for large size family. I was looking for a large crock pot that would hold meats and a lot of vegetables with room to spare and this one is definitely large enough. I really like that I am able to fit a whole chicken along with potatoes. I could not do that with my previous slow cooker. I just cooked my first meal in this large cooker and it turned out good. A whole chicken (4.55 LB) with potatoes and vegetables. The chicken was cooked throughout, It fell off the bone in many pieces. It has only 3 settings - warm, low, and high, making it extremely easy to use. The glass lid does fit perfectly, plus it comes with a lid latch strap that holds the lid in place, if you have to carry or travel with your slow cooker. Because of the size and the weight of the pot, It is hard for me to wash it because I have a small sink, so I use the dishwasher to clean mine. Great crockpot, heats up quickly and cooks evenly.

Just put in cooker, leave and ready in hours! Simple and easy! Clean up is easy as well! The stoneware is removeable and this and the lid are dishwasher safe if preferred. One thing I really like is the lid latch strap. Excellent for taking to gatherings without messy spills! I am very satisfied with this slow cooker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a new crockpot. My old one had a digital display. It had 4,6,8,10 and a warm setting. I had it a few years and then it only would cook on the 8 and 10 hour settings. I found this a safety hazard and did not trust to leave the house with it to cook in this manner. It was a brand I was always faithful in buying. I was unhappy with the brand and decided to try the Hamilton Beach 7 quart slow cooker. I absolutely love it!. My first meal in it was roast beef, potatoes and carrots. It worked perfectly. I set it and was able to leave for work and have peace of mind it was safe to use. I put it on low and by the time I got home dinner was ready! It was the very tender as well as the vegetables. I love the capacity of the crock. I can put in large quantities of food and have enough leftovers for the next day or 2. If I make something to take with me I love the lid strap so I have no worries of anything spilling. I love the dial instead of digital settings, it is easy to set and is simple to use. If you want a great crockpot that works the way it should this is the one for you. I love mine.

Actually I should say I am really not surprised, as Hamilton Beach always makes fantastic products for a reasonable price. This is a great slow cooker, the first thing I made in it was a pork shoulder roast and it came out perfectly....great even heating, you cant ask for more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure what to expect because I have used the same slow cooker for 28 years. I do really enjoy having a larger capacity then before. I was a bit disappointed that while using a slow cooker liner it lost a lot of steam and most of the liquids evaporated. Everything else worked great and looking forward to using it again very soon.

I love it my most desired cooking appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slow cooker performed exactly as expected. The large crock is so useful, allowing me to cook a large roast and lots of veg, plus liquid. The only con I have found for the cooker is that it hasn't got an "auto-shift" setting, like my very old HB Crock-watcher has. The ability to set it to that and have the cooker shift from high to low automatically, after two hours, would be the one thing I would wish for on this model. Outside of that, I really like it and can see myself using it at least weekly.
