    Used less than 10 times and DEAD

    Bought this for guests to use. It was used about 8 times in a year and today we pulled it out and it turned on for a bit , smelled like burning plastic, and then never turned back on. Very disappointing

    Lasted less than a year.

    Ours was used daily for about 10 months, then one day it wouldn't turn on and smelled like its electrical parts were overheating. It also did not brew coffee very strong even on the "strong" setting. Would definitely not recommend.

    Great machine

    I love my K-Supreme, looks, functionality, flexibility. The only thing I would change is the black cord on a totally white machine. It messes with my flow of white and gray. The black cord really stands out in not a good way. Otherwise excellent in all areas.

    It works till it doesn't

    I already replaced it once about 2months ago and the same thing happened IT JUST STOPPED WORKING.

    Second replacement

    I would definitely not recommend at all. We only use it for the hot water feature, We do not use with the coffee pods. It’s already been replaced (warranty) and the same thing happened again. It just stopped working.

    Descaling light

    Descaling process is easy, but I struggle to figure out how to get the light off each time I do it. I have to google it each time because I forget the next time. I have rinsed more that needed, probably twice as much, and still nothing. Unplugged the machine for a while, pushed all the recommended button combinations, and nothing. I’m over it and over this crappy machine.

    Not Same Quality

    Bought this to update an older keurig. Died after descaling. Apparently a known issue. Only had machine 3 months! So disappointed.

    poor durability

    nice product while it lasted. We bought ours just over a year ago and it recently started giving us error messages that support could not help fix. I would not recommend this product based on durability alone

    Ready, Set, Brew!

    We love our K-Supreme Coffee Maker! When we have guests, everyone enjoys a cup of coffee together at the same time with no waiting period. We think that the multi holes made in each pod give the coffee a great flavor.
