I received this product for free from Smashbox for testing and review purposes. First & foremost, primer is essential if you're like me & live day-to-day w/ combo, but mostly dry, mature skin that still requires just a little something extra... Well look no further, bc this is it! I have mostly dry, mature skin with the occasional day I may have to switch up & alter my routine. But with Smashbox's OG- Original Photo Finish Primer, the Smooth & Blur Primer edition, I've finally filled the vacancy product my skin & face didn't even realized it NEEDED! It's packed with all the awesomeness needed in one single product by prepping your face perfectly into a "canvas-ready" to apply any daily makeup routine. It's great for a simple, & super easy to utilize into my daily AM routine and then toss it in my bag for a quick touch up on-the-go for when that complete 'glam' up for the evening is needed for an exciting night out!! Better yet, the product does exactly as it claims to do, but better bc it completely blurrs out the majority of those pesky small fine lines, but also softens the depth of deeper lines, yet, all the while keeping small & large size pores consistently blurred, & completely unnoticeable! RUN, DO NOT WALK, to Definitely get your hands on this Smashbox primer version that's often referred to a its 'cult-classic.' Moreso, if you haven't tried Smashbox's Original Photo Finish Smooth & Blur primer formula, it's highly recommended as soon as you're able to! It applies super silky, while easily blurring & smoothing out my uneven skin texture too, & yet remaining lightweight & non-Pilling for my entire 12 hr shift too! It gives a velvety soft & smooth canvas that I can wear solo, or layer it within my makeup ritual. It aligns w/ personal preferences in utilizing products that are both Vegan & cruelty-free. And w/ having Vitamins A & E to help nourish my skin-barrier, it's now a must have for me. But try it for yourself, as you won't regret it!

I've been using the Smashbox primer for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become a staple in my routine. It feels incredibly lightweight and breathable on the skin, which I love because it doesn't feel heavy or clog my pores. My makeup goes on smoother and stays put much longer throughout the day, even in humidity. I also appreciate that it helps create a soft, blurred finish without looking overly matte or dry. It really does what it promises—enhancing the overall look and longevity of my makeup while still feeling comfortable on the skin. Didn't notice much of a difference when using it, it did feel good going on the skin.

I'm really surprised that Target would sell a tester at full price!! It showed all the wear and tear of being a tester with visible signs of being used. It had the "test me" label still on it with stains. Absolutely brazen trying to pass that off as new.

im dissapointed as i usually buy this but this time it was very watery - i will be returning it!

This is a clear gel & doesn't work. Pores are still appearing after applying. Please bring back the cream colored & putty based primer. Apparently you discontinued this item. Smash box lost a 15 year customer. I was told to try the ELF brand putty primer in a round compact case & it works! It's less expensive too!

I received this product for free from topbox.i tried this product and fell in love.Goes on smooth and prevents oil all day,keeping my makeup looking fresh and hydrated all day long..highly recommend and will definitely be using this in my future

This absolutely lives up to it's name. As soon as you apply it, you immediately see the blur. My makeup does not separare throughout the day and my face isn't as oily.

The attached photo is after approximately 12 hours of wear on a naturally oily face, and an extremely sweaty workout. I have fallen in love with this product as well as the eye primer

My go to favorite primer , it truly works wonders smoothing my large pores and textured skin it's a must purchase!

I have never used a primer quite like this. It blurred my pores all day and made my foundation go on so smoothly. I did not experience any peeling at all. All of my other products layered flawlessly on top.

I think this works better than IL Makiage's Poreless Base Primer. It helps cover up my pores a lot better.

I have older skin and I have loved this for years. A lot of the younger girls I work with prefer grippy foundation where their foundation sticks to it in a certain way, but this allows me to apply my foundation smoothly and it settles in nicely. I put on my foundation and concealer right after I apply this

I bought this on the recommendation of the salesperson. Went in looking for a foundation that wouldn't settle into my wrinkles and pores. Was sold this, a moisturizer and a tinted moisturizer. Not happy with any of the products. The primer doesn't do anything to fill in the wrinkles/pores. I understand that maybe the wrinkles were too deep but then why did they suggest this? The only good thing is that the lady did sell me a smaller size than the one she originally suggested.

Glad I bought the travel size to try it out before I committed to the full size. I have spent less on Ulta's brand of primer. The quality (and price) are much better. It's just not worth the cost.

It makes your face smooth and I dont need to wear cover up I just use the primer.

The ultimate face primer! I used this in my 20s and now going into my 40s. It works the best for my aging skin/under eyes where it lessons the appearance of my eyes lines. My only wish is they’d put this in a spray bottle for a setting spray.

Sometimes you don't realize the benefits of a product until you run out of it. I ran out and wasn't able to get to the store for a few days. For those days my skin felt dry and when applying foundation the look was not overall natural.

After you put your makeup on, a thin layer of Photo Finish is absolutely wonderful. The skin looks so natural and it feels as soft as butter.
