Ingredient change
Why are the ingredients list different on the new package with the same UPC code? The sample on the boxes even show different shades of blonde. Why did the product change? Is the new box product not going to lighten my dark hair to the same light blonde as before?

Bad bad product
This is the most horrible product that I have ever bought now that I just scratched my scalp trying to pull out strands, but the holes quickly broke and tons of hair started pulling out is definitely not for a long hair. This is so bad.

You changed the box again. What keeps happening. Where is the old frost and tip! Did it change. Are the ingredients still going to frost my hair the same? You’re ruing the brand.

Great alternative and more cost-effective than a salon
Ummm yes!!! as a busy mom of four Littles I don’t have the time to go sit in a salon for five hours to get highlights. We bought this in hopes that it would be a great more cost-effective alternative and I am so lucky we were right! It was extremely easy to use and gave me salon quality results! I have a lot of hair and my hair is extremely long so it did take a little while and I let it process a little longer than recommended but I absolutely love this and will continue purchasing in the future

What happened??!!
I bought this thinking it was going to give somr of a highlights it did not change my hair color it damage ny hair i follow the directions to the T read over the directions paper 3 times to make sure i did it right!? Not a complete kit.
I've used this product many times and love the results. But the last two I have bought were both missing the instructions, caps, hook a gloves. I will not risk it next time and will buy a different brand. Otherwise, great product!

I have colored my hair for years and have used Clairol products. I have never seen such a confusing layout for directions. 1A, 1B, 2, A,B, then 1,2,3 , then another 3. Then another 2 that turns out to mean 2 minutes.

This is a great product and have been using it for many years. I just bought a new box and I could barely get the cap on. It’s so small. It gave me a raging headache it was so tight.

Faulty feature
This is the 3rd time I purchased this product. The last 2 boxes I purchased the hook you use to pull your hair thru the cap bent so bad after pulling approx 15 spots on the cap thru that I could no longer use it.

I first tried this box wonder a year ago. I didnt trust myself or have the patience for the cap 10yrs ago. Sometimes I freestyle and cap. This kit was 19$ and it didn't come w directions, a spatula, gloves or cap. I feel Robbed bc I only needed the cap this time. Other than that it would get 5stars. It would be nice if Clairol could do something as the kit was delivered and non refunded.

Bought the Clairol Frost and tip twice lately. Problem is the cap must be for a child?? Cannot put cap on whatsoever. Frustrating .. I had to use a cap from another brand highlighting kit.

Changed it- no gloves included any longer
Have been using this kit for probably 50 years. They took away the plastic gloves that have always come with the kit. You need the gloves. You will have to purchase gloves yourself now. Wish they’d have left the gloves in the kit. It’s no longer complete.

Pretty Colors
This was a very pretty color. Many to choose from. It did not hide any grey hair but it did leave a nice blonde and not orange. Leaves hair soft.
