Changed formula NOT good
I have used this pore minimizer for years, it was VERY effective at minimizing pores. A few days ago I went to Ulta to get a new one since I was out and it is a new formula that does NOT cover pores like the old one, or at all! Do not waste your money, it is no longer a "pore minimizer", it's very thin like water and does nothing to the look of pores. Benefit years ago had a great under eye cover up that had a white core of vitamin E, it was also very effective. They changed the formula on that and it is no longer available. Benefit, you are losing long time customers!!!!!

I have been using this product for years and loved it. I recently purchased it and definitely not the same. Must have changed the ingredients Very runny and does nothing to blur my pores. Will not be buying again!

I did like this primer however sometimes I did find it peeled slightly around the eyes with my favourite concealer and foundation so personally I wouldn't buy again

Disappointed - loved the old Hydrate formula
These new formulations are so disappointing. I LOVED the old Hydrate formula - it blurred pores and was water-based so worked with my foundation. Now all the new primers are silicone-based other than this one and this doesn't come close to the old Hydrate. The texture is thick and weird and does not blur pores at all.

Great for large pores
My pores are huge, my skin is oily, and no primer helps… except for the POREfessional Lite Primer! I love wearing it with or without foundation on top.

I have been a loyal Porefessional primer user for over five years and I have many of Benefit's other products. I purchased Porefessional Lite in the regular and mini sizes. It is a waste of money. It squeezes out in a VERY tiny stream and just rolls off my finger onto the floor. When I squeeze it onto a flat surface I have to smush it first and then it pills and falls off when I apply it on my face. When I phoned customer service they acknowledged that this product has this issue. No offer was given to replace the product or to make amends.

Works but could use more power
Lite and useful. This primer seems to help my makeup stick but not as long as the others I have tried in the past. I wouldn't repurchase it as it's not worth the price point.

Budget friendly
The texture makes me feel like there isn't a primer there, but there is. I honestly can say this is one of my favorite primers and has great coverage, and the scent isn't strong!

Defective product/bad customer service
Ordered during a promotional online sale, but got wrong one by mistake. I wanted the regular PoreFessional and not the "Lite". Tried it anyway and it doesn't absorb into your skin. It's too dry. It just balls up and flakes right off. I called customer service and wanted to exchange for the regular Pore primer and they said no, I'd have to mail it back at my own expense for refund and then reorder at the regular price, which is double the price I paid. Very unfair.
