    A Great Set!

    A great set that looks good both as a robot and as the vehicle mode. A solid build that was fun and enjoyable to perform. Optimus now stands proudly on my shelf fighting Soundwave! Till all are one!

    Fun build

    Love the details and small play features like the matrix and weapons. The main annoying thing is the arm strength is terrible. It can’t hold the weapons up past a certain point, arm comes crashing down. Easier to transform than I expected. I’d recommend it even with the arm strength issue. Maybe it was just my set

    Oh, for Cybertron's sake

    It's a nice kit and Transformers LEGO is an amazing concept with lots of potential, but by Primus is it hard to keep this build from falling apart.

    Fun idea but a few flaws.

    As a kid of the 80's, this build had my 8 year old self ecstatic! Unfortunately, there were a two major design flaws, both in the waist. 1. The horizontal pivot point just below the chest keeps separating. Not the worst of the flaws but annoying nonetheless. 2. The hip connector (2 pieces) does NOT stay together. Seems to be one side thus far but is kind of a weak connection regardless.

    Can’t finish. Missing pieces

    I’ve bought quite a few Lego sets and this is the first set missing pieces. My 5th bag is missing at least two pieces and I haven’t checked my 6-10th bags. Consequently there’s no way for me to finish this build and it is very frustrating. There may be a Quality Control issue with this set so I would recommend trying other sets instead.
