I’m not always in the mood to drink water to get the benefits of this product so I am very happy they have it in crystal form now! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are pixie sticks but for immunity!!! It’s Emergen-C but instead of making a drink you just eat them like pixie sticks. They taste good. For an adult, you have to eat two sticks which has 6 grams of sugar. It also says they pop, but it’s barely a pop. Not like pop rocks. All in all, I’m not mad at these, if sugar isn’t a concern these are fun. For ages 9-13 years only one stick is recommended

No stomach upset and no jitters, which I sometimes get with other high vitamin C supplements. It feels gentle while still giving you the immune support you want.
