[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little disappointed with these pain relief wise. I prefer pain patches that also have the cooling effect. These don’t have that. They stick very well, don’t smell and didn’t bother my sensitive skin. I just find the pain patches that have the cooling or warming effect work better on confusing pain receptors than just lidocaine.

I felt relief in just a few minutes. The Lidocaine kick in for numbing effective relief. The scent was not overpowering.

I don’t like to take pain pills all the time, but I do like to use this Biofreeze Ultraflex lidocaine patch. The relief lasts for eight hours, and I usually will put it on at night. That way I get a very good sleep without waking up in pain. It adheres really well, and it’s not irritating at all. It has four way flexibility this would make it ideal for using on joints that bend. They come in a box of four and a nice silver packaging with the expiration date, clearly marked on the back. I like that it doesn’t have a very strong smell, so you can use them discreetly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for my honest opinion, the Biofreeze Ultraflex 4% lidocaine pain patch helps to block the pain and it maintains an adhesion that will stay up to 8 hours. Very comfortable to wear and doesn't have a scent, so everyone doesn't know you are wear a pain patch. Definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These patches are huge! They cover a very nice surface area. I'm able to put one in my shoulder, or knee or bicep and it covers each spot nicely. At first I didn't know if the patch was working or not because there was no heating or cooling as with regular Biofreeze. But as soon as I took it off and made a few movements that usually cause me pain or discomfort and felt it, I realize that I was able to do those motions all day WITHOUT the pain! So yeah, they work!

I used these on my knees after long workouts and they stayed put all night long and helped relieve the aches I had very quickly. So easy to apply and did not bother my skin like other similar products.

They were however hard to keep in place after moving around for awhile. I will stick to the roll on style instead of the patches.

Application is simple, and I love how big the patches are. They adhere well and last pretty much all day— 8 hours or so!
