It takes about 60 minutes to fill the basket the first time, and around 40 minutes for subsequent fillings, depending on the ambient temperature — the lower the temperature, the faster the ice production.

A: Could you please kindly try the following steps for trouble-shooting? 1) Stop the machine for 2 hours to let the ice inside melt. 2) Drain the water from the machine. 3) Add more than 600ml of white vinegar to the water tank. 4) Start the self-cleaning function until it ends. 5) After 4 hours of rest, drain the white vinegar from the ice machine.（it is recommended to do 3 rounds cleaning） 6) Add enough clean water to the water tank and start the self-cleaning function again.
