buyer beware.
Very expensive coffee maker for it to only last 1yr. Constant issues with it not recognizing pods or telling me no pod. Error code 5 unplug constantly. Keurig used to be decent coffee maker. Stay away.

Wish I had purchased it sooner
I am truly enjoying the K-Caf Smart. After owning Keurig machines in the past and decided to upgrade to the Smart machine. I walk my dog early in the morning; I now come home and make myself a latte every morning. It has been a marvelous experience. Purchasing the Machine as part of the bundle was the way to go. I also appreciate that I can now control the temperature and the strength of my coffee and using the app has been so easy.

This is perfect for my family and their different wants when it comes to hot/cold drinks. Only thing I’d say negative is that it disconnects from the WiFi daily and frother isn’t the easiest to clean.

Will not connect to Wifi - NOT SMART
My Smart K-Cafe will not connect to my home wifi and Keurig has been unable to help me. It's a total disaster.

I’ve had the same issue 2x with this model , 1. After just one year 2. Slightly under two years of use… attempt to brew a coffee and the machine does not complete the brew and it cancels it. It makes a funny sound, and next thing you know, water is pouring out from the bottom of this machine everywhere.! I keep my machine very clean. Use only bottled water and do regular cleaning maintenance to remove any buildup. I don’t know why this is happening, but when it is not happening, it is a great machine, but thank God to Keurig standing behind their products and offering a two-year warranty, I was able to get a replacement both times.!, thank you for standing behind your products!

Bed replacement
Original machine stopped working at one year and two weeks. This replacement will not stay connected and won't start brewing until I remove the frother even though it is not being used.

K-cup Smart
Love the new unit does great on custom brews. Lot of fun with the blue tooth great with the phone , I have not been able to get it to work with Alexa, so not real happy with the smart programing but, the coffee pot is the best.

Makes good coffee when the software works.
Already running into a lot of errors with this machine. It seems like they rushed it out before getting the software right. I am frequently told to add water when the carafe is already full, or told that the brewer won't start until the frother is done when the frother isn't even being used.

Great Brew
Love this brewer! It makes a great cup of coffee and takes up less room on the countertop. Multiple functions are awesome. Temperature control is great. Easy to fill water dispenser, easy to clean.Smart brew even recognizes the pod being used
