If you’re reading this please do not listen to these bad comments. This printer is absolutely AMAZING!!! I’m a Teacher and use it to print every week. •Color ink prints very well and bright! •Shake the Ink Cartridge before putting in •Ink is a little expensive, but what isn’t these days 😭 •Also remove the yellow tape off the ink cartridge •Make sure you have reliable internet/wifi •Can printer from phone or computer. (If you’re not phone savvy please use a computer) because you need the app on the phone to complete set up. •It prints a little slow, but for 59.99 (what do you expect) you can print out many sheets so the pros balances out the cons •It’s perfect for printing coloring pages, essays, documents, doctor’s appointment. •Set up is about 20-30 minutes(like anything in life, if you don’t set it up properly) you run the risk of starting over (so pay attention) • If you’re not the best reader or have ADHD like me I get impatient easily (so YouTube was my best-friend upon setting up) Just type in the exact printer and follow the steps whether phone, computer or YouTube is assisting. 10/10 recommend.

ISSUES !!
When it worked it was OK but paper almost always wrinkles. Biggest issue is updating Firmware to Windows. Epson should tell Microsoft to fix THEIR issues !!!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re looking to buy this printer be mindful of firmware once it’s installed you’ll have trouble using less expensive cartridges. I wish I knew this before I purchased it. The cartridges are only $30 compared to $65 that’s a great deal.

Finally got a good printer. It prints double sided, colorful pages, scans . I love the paper tray loading as it makes for a compact printer. The only thing I dont like is it goes offline too much.

Hardware fine - software is rubbish
Bought this a few weeks back, spent the usual 2 hours doing all the setup getting it on the network and running, first print works fine.... sweet... 2 weeks later I try to scan something... printer not found.. .check the printing... printer prints fine..... turns out this horrid little machine has install 11 programs on my computer to run it, the programs look like they were all created circa Windows 3.1 and haven't been updated since. I get it's a cheap printer but really, it's little wonder the thing doesn't work it's so many hodge podge programs slapped together because creating a single program to run it all (like my previous Brother printer had) is apparently too hard... after much stuffing about (firewall exemptions, static IP addresses etc etc etc), I finally had enough of the networked nonsense, wiped all the programs clean, plugged it in the old fashioned way and it works... the software is still ancient but it does work and thus it has been saved from meeting the sledge hammer in my shed... for now....

Very difficult to print anything when color goes out even if black ink is full…they want you to spend money buying unnecessary ink

Even when you are printing only black text, a small amount of color ink is used to keep air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. Brand Quality Erroding
I have used this printer maybe 5 or 6 times in the last 2 months. Because I had previously owned a WF4350 I believe it was, and I was very happy with that printer and had it for several years. Based on past experience with an Epson printer I did not give a seconnd thought to buying another Epson product. WRONG. This is absolutely the worse printer. Ink runs out extremely to fast. I bought this printer as a retired secretary of 35 years and I have never used a printer that is so undependable. Printing identification documents were the worst as the color was totally off. I will give this printer away and buy another brand. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews instead of relying on past experience with Epson.

Dont invest in a better printer
Had it only 1 year and now it won’t accept the ink! I did a full update as requested but now it won’t even work. I have also did a reset and nothing.!!! Yah the price was okay but to use it only hand full of times you are better off paying more for something that will last ypu

Broken from the start
I want to like this printer. Everything about it is logical . Except that right out of the box, it was unable to read all four ink cartridges. I spent a few hours trying to translate the problem with overseas tech support. They were unhelpful. It's going back.
