I have bad neck pain so I was hoping this would help, and it did slightly. I was hoping it would be more effective and it sticks, but not so great around the neck area. So in the future maybe that could be addressed to better stick on areas that aren’t flat. Overall it’s a decent product and I’d recommend it. The packaging is simple but effective with the information on it. The price is good too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really glad I received this product to review because I hurt my back. The patch comes in a plastic package that you cut to remove. The patch has a three piece plastic that you pull off to open the adhesive portion. You then stick the patch on the desired area and it helps with pain. I gave this 4 out of 5 stars because the patch is so floppy that once you pull the plastic backing off, it all stuck together and had to be pulled apart. It’s a little hard putting the patch on my back by myself and needed assistance. Within five minutes of the patch being on my back, I felt the pain ease away and didn’t hurt as bad. This is a definite must have for any aches or pains. I felt it on all night and woke up and took it off. It peeled off easily and didn’t hurt at all.

I can't say if it was effective because I couldn't keep it on my knee. I tried it on my back also and had the same issue with adhesion. There isn't a scent, which is surprising because biofreeze normally has a scent. The packaging is okay. You have to cut it. It would have been nicer to be able to tear it instead. I do not recommend this product. Use their roll on instead!

I played Pickleball for almost 2 hours in very hot and humid weather. Amazingly the patch stayed put until I remove it several hours later to go to the beach. I experience pain, relief, and excellent range of motion. I was amazed at the ability of this patch to stay put. In exceeding humid weather.

They seem to work and are effective for my pain and I will continue to use them. They are easy to to use great packaging and comes with four and they are a great size and can be cut if needed . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have kids in sports and an athletic husband, so we are avid Biofreeze fans. Unfortunately, this patch doesn't work as well as I hoped. The patch does not stick great unless the surface is flat. It also seems like if there is a lot of movement of the area, it also decreases the stickiness. It seems that any curvature creates an issue that causes it not to stick in place very well. You can feel the Biofreeze on it, but it seems like it is also a more muted effect than if you used the gel or the roll on.
