Align is great for regularity. A version for every need.
My nephew is a pharmacist and he recommends Align products enthusiastically. He also has Crohns & UC, and says it’s a really reliable probiotic for modern living. My partner takes the one forBloating and Gastro issues and I take the women’s version and we are finding ourselves completely satisfied with reliable regularity. My favorite part of buying Align at Target is that we can buy a 48 capsule package which makes more sense to us as it reduces our trips to the store. My only question for Align, is why so much packaging? But at least it’s pretty packaging!

This product truly works! It has helped me normalize my bowel movement and has greatly lessened bloating. Before taking Align I would feel constipated most days and my bowel movement would be once at 8 pm every other night?? I have been taking Align for 8 weeks and thank God I feel so much better having bowel movement on a normal schedule twice daily, I feel so cleaned out!! My stool looks so healthy compared to how I was feeling before I was always constipated!!

Less bloated!
This product really works. I take it at night and have been waking up way less bloated. I’ve always suffered from stomach issues due to my dairy allergies and this has helped so much. Worth the money.

Works For Me!
I started because of gas and lose stools, having no gallbladder. It was about a week and I was shocked how fast it worked. Would certainly recommend Align to anyone. At least if your doctor agrees, give it a try.

Was looking for a probiotic and glad I found Align!

The first thing I noticed was that the pills are labeled with days of the week which I love because I can never remember whether or not I took my medications/supplements. The capsule is small and has no taste. I have not had any adverse side effects from Align probiotic. It has helped with my occasional bloating and abdominal discomfort. Align has become part of my daily routine!

I have felt good while taking this product (I was concerned that it might be unsettling to my stomach, but this was not the case for me). I also particularly like the inner packaging, where each capsule has a day of the week beside it to help you make sure you don't accidentally take a double dose or to show you if you forgot a day.
