Defective mixture?
I’m very confused by this product. When I squeeze the tube to start the product flowing, I only get water to come out. I have tried shaking the product first to “mix” but it keeps happening. So it doesn’t apples very well.

This product is a miracle!
I'm so glad my dermatologist recommended this product to me! It has taken care of the dryness an dermatitis/rosacea on my face. My skin is smooth and combined with the thermal water spray -- i love my skin now! I have dealt with skin issues for quite a few years and this took care of the dryness within a matter of a few weeks. I will not go without this. Please don't change the ingredients!

Bought and had blue liquid in half of the tube. Extremely disappointed as it was an expensive product.

Wonderful cream
Just bought this few weeks ago. Stage 4 lung cancer and chemo has wrecked my skin Dry, painful, ultra sensitive to everything . Used this product tiny bit at first. Now I do my lower chin 1x a day. No problems. Truly soothing. Non irritating ingredients. No weird smells. For my purposes, 5 stars. Not cheap. But a fingernails size gives thick good smear. No runny discharges Well worth the price.

Soothing Cream
I found myself with a painfully sore, red, irritated nose and upper lip after a bad sinus infection. I tried what moisturizers I had, ointments like a&d, plain Vaseline, but I was finding no relief. Decided to try Avene Cicalfate, and I’m so pleased with how immediately soothing this was for me. My skin feels much better and is visibly less red within the hour after applying. Will be keeping a tube of this on hand from now on!

Poor quality
Hello! The reason why I give 2 stars to this product is because I bought it on May 20, 2026 and when I tried the product today, May 21, 2026, what came in the container was a watery liquid that is not like the one shown in the photos. I find it very strange that it comes like this since I have already bought this cream before but I spent my money investing in this product and then when I used it it was of poor quality. Thank you for your attention.

Works great when not separated
I used to love this product but every time I order it, it comes separated. And placing the tube in hot water or mixing it around does nothing. My fault for ordering it again. Buy this product in stores so you know if it's separated or not.

Become oily

75% Water Now
I have been using Cicalfate for two years now. The last one I received was 75% water. What happened? I’m giving 3 stars only because I was so satisfied with the product before this. After reading the reviews, I know it wasn’t just one defective tube that I received. What changed in the last two months? Avene, please correct this.

I bought this product May 4th and received the bottle and it was all water. After reading the comments it seems like this is a common issue.
