I wish it just worked like a magic
I was expecting better performance from a premium brand like Dyson. I am disappointed with the robot vacuum's navigation capabilities. It frequently gets stuck under furniture, and sometimes struggles to find its charging base or transition between different areas of the house.

Been a proud owner for about a month, must have for busy moms especially of pets. It has saved me if not less at least 10 hours a week of cleaning, just one improvement it gets stuck easily and then just sleeps their until I pull it back to start, so may be program it while at home and not sleeping. Apart from that- suction precision wase to operate all 10/10

Not good navigation, gets struck every day
I have good impression about Dyson vacuum, but robo vacuum lacks lots for things mapping ,getting struck every day ,navigation is not as mentioned it just goes where ever it want to. Before starting it just show 20min to finish but it take more than hour to finish because it doesn’t follow mapping and navigation with precision. It struggle to navigate properly Only reason for keep this which lacks in other robo is suction, very good at picking duct particles. I am not sure about new model is it improved with AI. But for this version Dyson need to update software a lot so that it doesn’t struck every day and increase efficiency

Poor Navigation and Coverage
I bought it a month ago. Other than suction nothing is good. It doesn’t cover all the space. Sometimes it takes a very long time to go back to docking station.

Unmatched Cleaning Power, But Not Without Its Quir
As someone who researched this vacuum extensively before buying, I can say the Dyson 360 Vis Nav largely lives up to the hype — with a few caveats worth knowing before you invest. The cleaning performance is genuinely impressive. Dyson's claim of twice the suction power compared to other robot vacuums is not marketing fluff. My floors have never been cleaner. The triple-action brush bar handles everything from fine dust to pet hair on both hard floors and carpet with ease, and the extending side duct for edge and corner cleaning is a clever, effective touch that I haven't seen done as well by any competitor. For pure vacuuming performance, this is the best robot vacuum I've used. Navigation, however, is a weak point. For a vacuum with "Nav" in its name, I expected more. The camera-based system is functional, but it lacks the precision of LiDAR-equipped rivals. It occasionally seemed unsure of where it was going, and I noticed some areas being missed or cleaned inconsistently. It's not a dealbreaker, but it is noticeable — especially at this price point. Battery life is the other area that gives me pause. On higher power settings, runtime is shorter than I'd like, and the recharge time is frustratingly long by comparison. For larger homes, be prepared for multi-session cleanings. Overall, the Dyson 360 Vis Nav earns its four stars on the strength of its cleaning ability alone. If raw suction power and filtration quality are your top priorities, you won't be disappointed. Just go in with realistic expectations around navigation and battery life, and you'll have a vacuum that genuinely impresses.

Powerful robot
i ordered a bout a month ago and have been using it at least twice a day! This machine is amazing. Not sure why others have given it a low score because this robot preforms wonders. The suction is amazing, the mapping is wonderful and I love it.

Good job on dog hair
So far so good! I purchased to gather long dog hair off of carpet and tile and it’s doing the trick. I’m not expecting it to suck the dirt out but just a surface clean and I would say that is 5 stars. I gave four stars because it is not a replacement to large vac and maybe none of the robots are.

Strong bot
A nice powerful vaccume, this is a full size Dyson in a robot where the navigation software didn’t catch up to the hardware. If you have a carpet it may get lost once or twice, but otherwise it will fill up.

Great little machine.
We have had it for two months and so far it is doing a great job. The only is the battery and it takes two recharges to do our great room which is not really all that big. Since It returns to the dock and automatically recharges and then picks up where it left off I guess it's not that big of a deal. The suction is and it seems to pick up just as much or maybe a little more dirt Than the canister vacuum that we have. It was very easy to set up the mapping.

Totally worth it so far
I have had this a little under a month. So far I have found it to be a very helpful addition to my daily cleaning routine. So much easier than getting out a manual vacuum. My house feels so much cleaner. I’m have a few minor problems and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. I do have to empty frequently, but I live in the county, it is very dusty, and I have two inside dogs that shed a lot. The fine dust can obscure sensor that I need to gently clean every few days. I don’t mind any of this because I like the cleaning so much. It can never find its own way back to the dock, never. I moved the dock once but that didn’t seem to help. I do have limited space and that could be contributing. Overall woukd buy again as long as it (he) continues working this well.

Dyson true fashion power suction
I have had my vacuum for one month and i's been a great addition to my arsenal of robots. The suction power is great. I didn't do the mapping I like to just start it and for it to clean everywhere everyday. We have two dogs and it does a great job with dog hair. It does get stuck on our floor vents from time to time. That is probably the only complaint at this time.

Great features
This is the quietest robot vacuum I’ve had so far. Also, I love that it has rollers and suction is good. The rollers do not allow for much clearance though so it gotten stuck on a couple bar chairs that have platform bases.

Not worth the cost
Worst robot vac experience. Ended up returning after a couple days. Had to run the setup to map the apartment 5 times because it kept missing entire areas (different each time) of the apartment. On top of that it had no real systematic way of cleaning. It seemed to be random and never fully against the walls

Disappointed at best
I bought my Dyson 360 viz about 3 weeks ago I am completely disappointed. I had high expectations of Dyson as we own numerous other Dyson products. The robot gets confused and just stops, schedules fail for no reason. I have remapped the house twice. I am thoroughly unhappy with the 360vis. It is not updating to the Dysan standard at all. When it works the suction is great, but the it runs out of battery and I have to pick it up and place it on its dock which makes absolutely no sense to me.

Good Vacuum but...
Works great as a Vacuum. Long term support and lack of replacement parts is worrisome. I had accidentally broke the machine while trying to do a deep clean, my only option is buy another one. Not even Dyson service fixes these i was told. Kinda crazy to me since they have the parts to make it in the first place. E-waste at its finest.

Glad Harry joined the family!
I have been purchasing Dyson vacuum's for many years now and have always been satisfied with the products. When I went looking for a robot vacuum, i didn't want the mop. The mapping was easy, although i Harry missed the entire living room, so we had to go back and do it again. Changing zones was easy and opted for more than less. Suction is great! The fact Harry can get under the beds is fabulous! he does have some issues with floor vents when doing hard wood floors, but not so much on carpet. He also isn't good at corners. But I can spend 20 minutes catching those places on a weekly basis and let Harry carry the rest of the load. Fair trade, but I can't give him and excellent rating.

Premium price, subpar performance
Strong point is the power of the suction and efficiency over varying terrains. The mapping is hugely inaccurate, and the unit doesn't follow even its own map. I have a 10 year old i-Robot machine that is strictly a "Harvey Wallbanger" in terms of intelligence, but it covers the area much better with its totally random approach and little sweeper brush. It's no wonder Dyson put this unit on sale for less than half price. Probably not worth even that. However, they did send me a new one when the first one became inoperable within its warranty period. Second one has same issues as the first, but at least I can get it to operate manually. What a nightmare and waste of mney.
