  • A: The brewed coffee is stored in a somewhat sealed reservoir. It stays hot and does get that “old coffee” taste at all. When you’re ready to have a cup, just press it up against the bar and the coffee pours down into your cup.

    Durable

    Had to replace a similar Hamilton coffee maker for my semi. This new one is almost the exact replacement. Old one lasted 15yrs and a million miles. So here's hoping the new one is of similar quality

    This is my 4-5th brewstation I loved this coffee maker. This one is junk I have only had it since the beginning of March. Currently looking for another new coffee maker.

    Great tasting coffee without a carafe to clean!

    We love this model. Just replaced the one we had for 15 years with a new one and it is simple to program, and simple to clean and maintain. No glass carafe to break.

    3rd time purchasing

    I absolutely love this coffee pot! This is my 3rd time purchasing. First time was in 2020. I could’ve just cleaned it again but chose to get a new one. Once the coffee is brewed, it is held until we get our cup. Has a bold brew option and an 2 or 4 hour to keep warm. Easy clean up.

    Push Button

    I am now having to order my fifth unit. This last one lasted about 18 months. Somebody needs to fix the design of the spring push button. Three of my 4 previous units have broken with no way to fix. The unit itself works great but you can't get the coffee out safely. Come on Hamilton Beach you can do better. It is a great coffee system otherwise or I would not keep ordering new ones. Oh, maybe that's what you intended all along.

    Needs tweaked

    We absolutely love this coffee maker. We have bought it 4 times. The major drawback, for us, is design. The push button tends to break and we have to pour the coffee from the container or buy a new one. This design really needs updated so it doesn't break. The same thing has happened on every one we have owned.

    No mess delicious coffee!

    I absolutely love this Brew station it leaves no mess from anyone filling their cup and best of all no glass pot that can get broken! You can set the brew strength, program time and auto brew, make iced coffee and select how long you want to keep the coffee warm for. It looks great on the counter and even has a little cleaning indicator on the screen. Hamilton Beach is one of my favorite brands and probably the company whose small appliances I own most of and this new brew station does not let me down!
