A: I happen to have a reusable one from another coffee maker and it looks like it fits perfect..Definitely trying tomorrow..I haven't used coffeemaker yet..Tomorrow will be first try.

Q: I just received this as a Christmas gift. I assembled it and the water reservoir sits crooked on the base and is not flush with the main component. Is this an issue for anyone else?

This coffee maker is one of the only reservoir styles out there. After trying unsuccessfully twice with a Cuisinart brand, we switched over to the Hamilton Beach. The coffee maker makes coffee ok, but is extremely slow--about 15 minutes for 12 cups--and makes really loud gurgling sounds. Additionally, the stainless steel has started rusting after about 2 months and the heat plate in the bottom of the reservoir leaked coffee into the machine (we had to tighten the screws on the plate to fix the problem). Poorly assembled and a terrible value.

Water doesnt fully drain into the carafe and it leaks under the carafe where the warmer is burning the coffee. Sent in for return and target kept my money and my item. Can't get an answer or resolution from them. Lost a customer for sure!

This is the worst coffeemaker. I ordered online and the lid is flimsy. It already has lid issues. I will never order again. It's cheap made. The front panels fell off. It's just awful! Plus not cheap!

I love that there’s no pot to clean or worry about breaking. This is easy to clean after every use, with the plastic inner “pot” having a handle like it’s a bucket. My parents have re-purchased this coffee machine for 15 years, and I can see why!

I hated our old thermal carafe coffee maker, it leaked, always dripping on the counter. Then, enter my Brew Station! Looks awesome in my coffee nook, keeps my coffee warm for hours with no burn taste, and the best part? NO MORE COFFEE MESS ALL OVER MY COUNTER! Love this so far!

I did not want a coffee maker that had a glass carafe. This is ideal--just press the cup against the lever in the back and your cup is filled. The only negative is the noise it makes after brewing when it's keeping the coffee warm. Others have the same issue.

Love the built in coffee dispenser. Just put your mug under the dispenser and fill whatever size mug. Beats the glass pots of the other models.. Makes a superior “pot” of coffee. One improvement would be to add a single cup “k-cup” type extension.
