  • A: The brewed coffee is stored in a somewhat sealed reservoir. It stays hot and does get that “old coffee” taste at all. When you’re ready to have a cup, just press it up against the bar and the coffee pours down into your cup.

    No mess delicious coffee!

    I absolutely love this Brew station it leaves no mess from anyone filling their cup and best of all no glass pot that can get broken! You can set the brew strength, program time and auto brew, make iced coffee and select how long you want to keep the coffee warm for. It looks great on the counter and even has a little cleaning indicator on the screen. Hamilton Beach is one of my favorite brands and probably the company whose small appliances I own most of and this new brew station does not let me down!

    Have owned several of these...

    Love it! But.....they do Not last as long as used to. Regarding the website.... literally had to tap calendar 804 times to enter my birthday to Even register the product. Seriously?? It Starts at Today's date and you have to push the button back? Bet most people just give up!!

    ♥️ Design, Purchased 3 Times

    I love the idea of Push and Fill Your Own Cup. Unfortunately there must be a design flaw due to the fact that while brewing, it seems to leak clear water out of the reservoir when it heats up. I tried filling the unit overnight and the water in the reservoir leaked out.

    Love it, but...

    Love the features and functionality of this brew station, however two things that could be addressed. First, it does want to slide backward when filling a cup against it, and second, the keep warm function sounds like it's still brewing the whole time. Not sure why it sounds like the coffee is almost boiling, but it isn't getting that hot, so what's up with that? Otherwise this one works well, no leaks so far, but haven't had it long.

    Wonderful Maker

    This Maker is perfect for me with its 4 hour keep warm and ability to make ice coffee. The brew is perfect and the single cup dispenser is great.

    This is the third brew master I have purchased, the last one would no longer dispense the coffee, which I found on Youtube is a common problem with this model--Wish I could replace the push gadget.

    Tried new product

    Always used another brand coffee maker, but this HB is the easiest one to clean I've owned. Also has variety of settings to get just right cup and amount of coffee for length of time hot!

    I love the design of this coffeemaker-however, the dispensing button is made from cheap plastic and eventually these break. No way of getting parts so I have to buy a new coffeemaker. If they would fix this issue, this would be a super product.

    My Favorite Coffee Maker

    My third one of these. They typically last about 5 years. Since it’s used on a daily basis I feel like this product has good value. I’m glad they have not changed this product over the years, other than minor appearance changes. We love this product as is!
