A: I happen to have a reusable one from another coffee maker and it looks like it fits perfect..Definitely trying tomorrow..I haven't used coffeemaker yet..Tomorrow will be first try.

Q: I just received this as a Christmas gift. I assembled it and the water reservoir sits crooked on the base and is not flush with the main component. Is this an issue for anyone else?

Love it! But.....they do Not last as long as used to. Regarding the website.... literally had to tap calendar 804 times to enter my birthday to Even register the product. Seriously?? It Starts at Today's date and you have to push the button back? Bet most people just give up!!

I love the idea of Push and Fill Your Own Cup. Unfortunately there must be a design flaw due to the fact that while brewing, it seems to leak clear water out of the reservoir when it heats up. I tried filling the unit overnight and the water in the reservoir leaked out.

Love it, but...
Love the features and functionality of this brew station, however two things that could be addressed. First, it does want to slide backward when filling a cup against it, and second, the keep warm function sounds like it's still brewing the whole time. Not sure why it sounds like the coffee is almost boiling, but it isn't getting that hot, so what's up with that? Otherwise this one works well, no leaks so far, but haven't had it long.

I love the design of this coffeemaker-however, the dispensing button is made from cheap plastic and eventually these break. No way of getting parts so I have to buy a new coffeemaker. If they would fix this issue, this would be a super product.
