A: The brewed coffee is stored in a somewhat sealed reservoir. It stays hot and does get that “old coffee” taste at all. When you’re ready to have a cup, just press it up against the bar and the coffee pours down into your cup.

Q: I have an older style Brew Station and am contemplating purchasing a new one, however, the screen filter in the coffee dispenser side gets clogged after one or two dispenses. Is this true in the newer version?

We have been using the brew station for years. This is our 3rd one as nothing lasts forever. After our last one had a heating element failure, we went and purchased a Mr. Coffee with a glass pot. We cleaned it with a vinegar water solution like we do all new coffee pots, but 2 months later, we still get an oil slick with every cup and grounds every other cup. Never get grounds or oil slicks with the brew station...

I would give 5 stars except this is 4th maker since I purchased the first one. First, second, and third problems was leaking, this last time, no leaks but the push bar that dispenses coffee is stopped working. I love this machine but for the cost it should last a lot longer.

We have had this coffee maker for less than a month, and a piece of plastic attached to the dispenser bar broke off. As a result, it no longer dispenses coffee. We must either ladle it or pour it from the coffee reservoir. Also, reading your product's model and serial number on the bottom of the machine is pretty challenging. I'm still not 100% positive that I got it correct.

They make good coffee, but they had a tendency to make a loud noise that continues until it automatically shuts off. I do like the fact that it is programmable, and I especially like the no carafe feature. It's great to be able to just put your coffee cup underneath, pushing the button with your cup, in order to have fresh coffee.

First I want to say I like the design, concept and removable water tank. Being removable means there is no trying to pour water in a tiny chamber in the back. Unfortunately, as with other reviews, this one leaks, badly. From the first use coffee leaked from the dispenser. The next day, from under the unit. I thought it was just some coffee that ran under the unit. The next day I discovered 1" of coffee under the holding tank. I love the design so I thought I would take my chances dispite the reviews. I may try another unit and maybe I'll get lucky and the next one won't leak.

This maker is great. I read some of the reviews that said it drips or leaks? I have not had that problem though. My coffee is screaming hot when it comes out, just the way I like it! The only minor dislike is that the “metal” looking portions of the maker appear “spotty” since using and wiping it doesn’t really make much a difference to make it look any better.

It keeps my coffee at the right temperature for a time period I select. I only gave four stars because my two previous brew stations began leaking after a year or two.
