Love but it seems to be getting harder to find.
I love the shampoo and conditioner. I’m worried it’s being discontinued. It’s getting harder to find and stores aren’t stocking the 40oz. Neither is it available here.

Formula change - Lost Customer
I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and it used to be my absolute go-to. The original formula smelled soft and natural, kept my hair moisturized, and never gave me any issues. But the recent formula change has completely shifted my experience. My hair is still healthy and super soft — which is honestly the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review — but the new version has a much stronger, more perfume-heavy scent, and my hair has suddenly become staticky all the time. It doesn’t feel like the product I’ve relied on for so long. I’m disappointed that such a great staple was changed so drastically. Unfortunately, I’m now switching to a new brand.

Chemical Burns?
For over 3 years our 2 person household would use this brand with no issues and made our hair just beautiful . Once the packaging changed we had HORRIBLE built up in our scalp and break outs wherever the shampoo had touched whilst showering, including but not limited to our scalp, back, etc . We do not have sensitive skin or allergies to anything at all . I compared the ingredients with the old packaging bottle I had found and seen some removed and some new ones added. DO NOT BUY if you want trips to the Dr. We switched to Soapbox and our scalp couldn’t have felt better .

Bring the previous formula back
Extremely disappointing. Bring the previous formula back. This one is greasy and takes forever to wash off and I am experiencing hair loss while the previous formula made my hair strong and thick. If the previous formula doesn’t come back I will witch to Schwarzkopf. This is absolutely horrible.

Great packaging design on pump bottle
Not a hair review! I was fumbling around with the pump bottle in the shower, it was slippery from the water and product. I thought, "gee, I wish they had adapted the bottle for this situation" and then turned the bottle a little and saw that yes! It has ridges for maintaining grip! Thank you for this helpful detail in your packaging. I like the shampoo and conditioner and am a repeat customer.

Caused me acne
I accidentally grabbed the shampoo version instead of the conditioner version. So i said lets not waste anything and started using the shampoo. My face broke out horribly, like that time i was still a sophmore in high school. I wasnt sure if this was the cause, but after i stopped using it my face started clearing up. I had no real change to my diet the entire time and practically everything else that might have influenced my acne remained the same throughout the entire process. So im pretty sure that it was this shampoo that caused my face to break out. I didnt even know shampoo could do that lol.

So I was taking a shower and I am not allergic to anything but when I was in the shower my legs started to burn and not beacous the shower was on hot and then I saw a bug in the bottle and the lid was on

Copious buildup
This shampoo and conditioner left build up and residue on my scalp and hair like no other. It was distressing. One use with a different shampoo and conditioner and my hair and scalp felt so much better.

I have an oily scalp and dry ends, and I’ve tried so many moisturizing shampoos none of them ever worked for me. I honestly didn’t expect anything from this one either. I even used Honey Treasures years ago (when it had the old formula) and didn’t like it at all. But I decided to give it another try recently, and I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I have to say, it works very well for an oily scalp! It’s the perfect balance between cleansing and moisturizing, without weighing my hair down or drying it out. I wash my hair daily, this works great for me for daily use then rotating in a cleansing/clarifying shampoo every other day, really just depends on what my hair needs! I’m really impressed with how light and effective this formula is, i think it’s definitely worth a try if you’ve struggled with finding the right moisturizing shampoo for an oily scalp.

MAKES HAIR FALL OUT
Would give zero or negative. Started using this sometime around December 2024/January 2025. Everything seemed fine at first, skipped and used other products in February. Went back to Honey Treasures in March and my hair is FALLING OUT. It is falling out so bad, I went to the doctor and went for blood work expecting some massive deficiency I have never in my life shed hair so badly. DO NOT BUY.

Left my hair dryer and more damaged than before
I really wanted to love this product. The smell was amazing and I loved the effect it had on my hair after the first use. After a few uses I found that it made my hair feeling both oily at the roots and super dry towards the ends despite the amount of conditioner I would use. Two weeks into using it I noticed an excessive amount of dandruff and an itchy scalp. Definitely would not recommend

I have tried so many shampoos. Salon brand and drug store brand . Not only does this shampoo and conditioner smell amazing but keep my hair moisturized and looking so shiny. I will never use anything else. I have wavy hair (2b)

Made my hair fall out
Used this product for a while. In the last few months, I noticed my hair was falling out more than normal, but I thought it might be due to stress. On a whim, I switched shampoos to see if it made a difference. Low and behold, it did. I’m no longer pulling literal chunks of hair out in the shower or while brushing. Never again.

Burning scalp!
This got great reviews so thought I’d give it a try to save some money. Huge regret! After a few minutes of getting out of the shower, my scalp started burning. I quickly washed with my usual shampoo and rinsed several times. My scalp is still throbbing! The scent does smell good when you first smell it but then it quickly becomes overpowering.

I LOVE this shampoo!! It smells amazing and leaves my hair very soft and shiny! I tried it to see if it would work for my hair and I love it! Will continue to use it! I just wish they sold the 40oz bottle, I have long, thick hair so the bigger the bottle the better so it can last me longer lol.
