Strips newly colored hair
Would not recommend for newly colored hair. Used twice and lifted the color from my hair. Newly colored hair from salon looked like it was a month old left my brown hair with yellow tone streaks. Have never had this happen. Again BEWARE IF YOU HAVE COLORED HAIR

Itchy Scalp and Eyes
I use a couple different shampoos so I didnt realize at first, but this shampoo made my scalp itchy as well as my eyelids and face. Im not for sure, but it might have also given me a breakout. I actually didn't mind the rose/floral scent and the formula was a tad drying but it worked for my oily scalp/thin strands. I got pretty good volume and my curls stayed styled, so if you're not sensitive you might like this.

Smoothness!
Wow! the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel amazing during the shower process! Then once I got out, it smelled good and had fewer tangles than I've ever had. After blow drying, it appears shiny, smooth, and less frizzy than before. My new favorite!!

My favorite shampoo, have been using for a few years and cant say anything bad. Smells amazing, removes buildup of products, makes my hair soft without drying it out. I wash twice with it, the first wash doesnt lather so much but removes product and the second one really lathers and gets to the scalp. Bottle size seems small but it lasts me way longer than I first expected.

Soft, shiny, manageable hair
No other shampoo makes my hair so shiny, manageable, and soft. I've tried to find a replacement because I'm not a fan of the fragrance but have not been able to. I use this along with Pureology strength cure conditioner and Kitsch coconut oil bar conditioner for extra moisture. But it's the shampoo that makes my hair feel and look like I've gotten a Keratin treatment, it's incredible. I just would like it to smell more like their detox shampoo. For reference, I have curly, low porosity hair that I always blow dry and straighten.

Super drying
Bought this shampoo to try and switch it up because I've been using the Pureology for forever. I only wash my hair around 2-3 times a week depending on what I've been doing, this shampoo has dried out my hair, made my scalp super dry, and its made more of my hair fall out in general. And I've been using it for 2-3 months so I gave myself some time to see if maybe it would stop. Its hasn't. I don't know for sure if its just my hair type that doesn't work with it or what but I just wanted to put it out there that it is SUPER drying on hair.

Stripped my hair from all oils
The smell is ok. Cleans *too* well – felt like it stripped my hair from all oils and moisture it had, to the point where it was impossible to brush and felt like a shower scrubber. Could not use it more than once. For reference, my hair is normal, straight, medium porosity, very low maintenance about the products I use.

Ive been using for a month I pair it with the conditioner and ive noticed a difference. When I heat style my hair is shiny and frizz free. When I air dry my hair hair is shiny and friz free. I definitely recommend the teo together

Stripped Hair of Natural Oils
While it had a fairly nice scent and felt clean, it also stripped my hair of all natural oils. Each time I used my hair required extra leave in conditioner. I'm a curly girl and moisture is key, not stripping it of its oils.

Fragrance Heavy
The shampoo itself is decent but people are right when they say it's heavily fragranced. I normally don't mind fragrance and I actually really like the smell of this one. It just has a lot of it that it irritated my scalp and i got red bumps from irritation that i had to stop. I normally love Ouai products but I probably won't buy again.
