Q: i have an older model where the power stand plugs into the wall. Can i use this to charge the brush or do i need to use the base with the USB powered base.

submitted by Sylvia - 2 years ago
  • A: Hello! For optimal performance, we recommend using the charger that came with your Philips Sonicare toothbrush. Some charger models are interchangeable, so if your Sonicare toothbrush has a hole at the base of its handle, it can use our chargers with a fixed pin.

    Compact, light and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this 1100 Sonic electric toothbrush. I used a Sonic way back when they first came out and this newer one is much smaller and lighter and the charge seems to work very well. And it cleans my teeth just fine.

    Next generation of clean teeth

This is our second electric toothbrush. My wife and I had been using battery powered brushes for years... same model. We were satisfied. But we switched to the Philips 2300 and wow, what a difference! The plaque fighting power is hard to believe but results don't lie. The two minute timer is so convenient and the duration of a full charge is impressive. Now, we are both satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sonicare 1100 does not seem to have the same amount of power as my prior Sonicare which was a higher end model. What I mean by power is the pressure against my teeth. Not sure if other models have pore power or pressure than this model 1100. Other than that, it works perfectly fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product abd appreciated tge fact that ( it was a gift), it was Ready to use when I opened the pkg. It's a powerful brush, and I feel my teeth and gums are getting the workout they need. The brush head is an appropriate size and I use less toothpaste, which saves me $$. Overall a Good Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Phillips Sonicare Electric tooth brush (first one lasted almost 3 years, the motor started acting up). Choose this simple version as I am not a bells and whistles type of person. Price was great, works good but the brush head itself is a little too stiff for my liking. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

    Deceiving promo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An amazing product better that a regular brush I can see the difference. Why 3 out of 5? Is because when I bought it on the package stated buy it and receive a free head when register. Well I register and it tell me sorry we don’t longer support or give out new heads. Well that’s not good it’s deceiving!!!!! I bought one for me one for my girlfriend so when we need them a new head maybe looking a different brand??? Or send us 2 heads to continue using your product!!thanks!!
