    Deceiving promo

Is because when I bought it on the package stated buy it and receive a free head when register. Well I register and it tell me sorry we don’t longer support or give out new heads. Well that’s not good it’s deceiving!!!!! I bought one for me one for my girlfriend so when we need them a new head maybe looking a different brand??? Or send us 2 heads to continue using your product!!thanks!!

    Good toothbrush. Not really impressed with the brush head that came with it as it's soft bristles and Im used to slightly harder but .. it will work until I find other options.

    Early failure due to questionable construction qua

The last one I owned lasted 6 months and then the head no longer vibrated. I have not found anything else in my searches that is comparable in function. Therefore, I thought I would try one again and see if it failed in a similar time frame.

    Love this toothbrush! It was recommended by my dentist and my husband bought me if for Christmas. Keeps its change for well over a week. The 30 second beeps remind you to move on to the next 1/4 of your teeth so you complete a full 2 minutes of cleaning. Happy even though the replacement heads are a fortune!

    Lightweight.

    Very difficult to find brushes that fit and have the right firmness. Replacement brushes are hard to find and difficult to navigate the system looking for them.
