New formula does not work like the original one
The new formula in the new packaging does not work. It does not cover your pores at all! Please bring back the original formula or I will be trying new brands. Very very disappointed!

I've used this for years, great at minimising pores but the new version feels really greasy and doesn't minimise pores and wrinkles like it used to. I have had to go and find a new product to use. Please bring back the old version!

A Great Product Ruined!
This was a great product, never found anything that worked as well masking pores. No other brand could compete. This makes the formula change inexplicable. Coca-Cola revisited. Hopefully Benefit will follow their example and bring back what worked for years. Will not be buying any more products from this company until they respect their customers.

I don't know yet.
Have not used it many times. Jury is not in yet. Feels silky and really nice but unsure if the makeup stays on as well when I use it. Going to give a try again and will let you know

I have used this primer for at least 10 years and it has always been great at disguising my pores. I bought a large tube in the new packaging and I knew straight away something wasn't right. It didn't disguise my pores and seemed to just sit on my skin making it look shiny. I note that several other people have found the same. As we have all been faithful users of Benefit I think the company needs to address these concerns and explain what they have done, and will they revert back to the original formula, as they are currently selling a product which is not fit for purpose.

Sadly not the same formula
I used this primer for years and the new formula does not blur my pores or acne scars like the old one did. I'm so sad because the old formula helped me to feel so much better about myself. The new formula also makes me feel more oily quicker and doesn't seem to hold my makeup as well. I am looking for a new primer that compares to the old original formula.

I have used this primer for the past 6 years and it WAS amazing. I have ordered 2 separate ones thinking one was bad, but no I think they changed the formula because it is not the same anymore. It now feels oily and does not apply smoothly like before.

Hands down GREAT
This is my favorite stuff. It tops all else that I have tried. I use it alone mostly and it makes my face feel so good. There are a lot of look alikes that don't work so be careful! It's pricey too. It just takes a little.

I was a long time user until now
I have used this product for decades. It was the best on the market until recently. this was my go to never fail item, I am totally disappointed. When the product packaging changed so did the formula. It is now greasy on the skin (even though it proclaims matte finish) and is like all the other pore minimizing primers. I am so upset that I now have to find a product to replace by never fail pore minimizer.

New Formula Ruined the Product
I've been using this for a couple of years now and have LOVED it. Unfortunately, the recent formula change has rendered it completely useless for blurring pores. The new pore primer goes on super shiny and moist, more like the hydrating primer, and immediately melts into the skin without improving pore appearance or skin tone at all. The old formula accomplished both of those feats beautifully on its own. I'm glad I only bought a small size of it this time (happy accident) because I'm going to have to find a new product.
