A: Pls elaborate. Use on SEALED tile flooring only. There is no such thing. Only grout is sealed. Do you mean not for use on porous tile flooring?

An ok mop for the whole house
I was hoping it would be a dramatic improvement from the old original one I've had for many years. It's pretty much the same but covers a bit more space and can reach hard to reach areas which is useful. I also like that I can mop more of my floor space with the one pad. I wouldn't want to use that pad for a quick and sticky or stinky mess though since I wouldn't plan to continue spreading the mess all over my other flooring. So I would still use my original Swiffer mop for a quick clean up. I also was under the impression it vibrated it something extra (no clue where I got that from!) but nope it doesn't ha! It only comes with 2 mop heads so plan to buy more pretty soon. I've used it about a month and it still works. It's just ok!

Pads wont stay on mop
I would like it if the pads would actually stick to the mop. No matter what I do they just fall right off. Velcro on this is useless. I wish I could return.

Not so sure
Floor looks better after mopping for sure. But over time I noticed a buildup that was very hard to get rid of.

Quality Control issues
The first one lasted 2 years. I liked the convenience and flexibiliy for quick cleaning jobs. unfortunately the most recent one that I purchased didn'yt last 2 weeks before it quit working. I not sure if I can tkde another chance on this product.

doesnt last one year
My mop stopped spraying. Solution is full, batteries were changed and I checked the nozzles for clogs. All good. Contacted p&g and they offered me a $10 coupon. The mop was $30+. I see many complaints online about this same issue. They have cheap motors that die quickly. Save your money.

Faulty Design
The pad will not stay on the mop head. The so-called “Velcro” is a joke. We’ve properly aligned the mop pad and put adequate pressure on it, but when the mop is lifted the pad falls off. We will try to make it usable by adding our own Velcro or by wrapping rubber bands around the mop head and the pad. Total waste of money and our time trying to attach the mop pad and then trying to rig it.
