Must be faulty
I use crock pots all the time to cook meals so I don’t have to stand over the stove for hours or while I’m out working. I bought myself a gift because I like the color of this new set and the mini pot it comes with. This crock pot was somewhat expensive and I’m disappointed because it’s faulty. The ‘high’ light never goes off even when I click to cycle through. I set dinner to warm and the warm light was lit as well as the high light. I figured since warm was lit and high never goes out it was set to warm. It burned dinner! I have never had anything burn in a slow cooker in 20 plus years of cooking. I like the lid that seals in heat and food for travel and I like the color and design. I hope only mine is faulty and that I can get a replacement free.

Everybody should have a crockpot in our life. They’re versatile their portable. They’re durable and easy to clean. You can also fit a lot of food in there. Everyone’s kitchen should have a crockpot.

Carry Bag
No matter what level of cooking you choose, it only cooks on high, even if you choose warm it cooks on high. I have a friend that bought exactly the same model and it cooks the same.

Burns everything
This unit burns everything and has no true temperature control. With minor use over the course of a year, it started burning everything. It boils liquid even on the keep warm or low settings. Extremely disappointed.

It works well for cooking and I love how it comes with the little warmer! It’s great for my chicken dip! I love how the lid lots for travel. Like I said I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the paint and the thickness of the body .

i thought it would be a good one
they replace this one for the one i purchased with the warrenty the warm settting burn food i even put cold water in it and it hotter than my hot water heater water after just 15 mintues burn what evr i put in it to keep warm

Very versatile

So it’s very easy to clean. I like that there is a small carry slow cooker as well. I only wish there was more buttons and settings.
