It’s ok looks great however if the carpet brush would be available I’d rate it as excellent. As for the cost a bit expensive for what it does. Would I recommend it not really.

Great bit of kit for our two bed bungalow with cork flooring throughout. I can whip around easily using the pencil vac. It’s light to use and the head has good manoeuvrability to get into most areas including under furniture. Light at front and back illuminates debris so I can ‘see’ all those little bits and the tube is easily emptied once I’m finished. Charging dock hole the pencil vac steady making it stable and convenient.

I have a V12 light. Recently, I bought a V16 first, and then got the PencilVac afterwards. The PencilVac is a huge upgrade over the V16. The battery life is good enough to clean a 3–4 bedroom home (I use Eco mode), it’s incredibly light, and it glides like butter. The suction is surprisingly good even on Eco mode. I have a three-cat household, so it mainly deals with cat fur, and it handles it really well.

I love this floor cleaner. I really didn't know that you can't use it on carpets, nothing in the description says that it shouldn't be used on carpets which is what I really wanted it for. Let me explain, I have myalgic encephalomyelitis or M.E. for short. My energy is severely affected day by day. I felt guilty watching my husband having to do 95% of the housework so I thought if I could find a very lightweight vacuum cleaner, it would help me feel a bit more useful and help my mental health and also ease the burden from my husband a little. I found the Pencilvac Fluffycones and this seemed to be perfect. When it arrived, I thought it was the most wonderful, beautiful vacuum cleaner I had ever seen. The technology blew my mind, that tiny powerful motor, and almost touch controls. I could use it with one hand to reach any cobwebs on the ceiling, and don't let me forget those crazy green lights that highlight ever tiny bit of dust or dog hairs (I have a Pug and they shed tons!). It maneuvers like a dream, gliding along in every direction. The runtime will always be enough for me and it charges quickly anyway. Emptying the vac is genius but it does allow particles to escape and cause me to sneeze quite a lot so this could be improved. And Dyson, why oh why is the Hair Screw Tool not included as shown in some advertising and not available as an accessory to buy?? Will this be available soon? I need it, my Pug needs it!! Then, not being able to use it on carpets proved very upsetting, I mean, we have two heavyweight vacuum cleaners in the house that do the majority of cleaning, so it would have been used occasionally on carpets. I hope this is madeclear in future advertising. I had to sit my husband down to tell him. He was very annoyed and said it had to be returned. I told him I loved it and wanted to keep it and he agreed that it could stay, phew!! My Dyson, you are a genius but please be more transparent about the description and advertising of your fabulous vacuum cleaners.

I'm handicapped so I'm really appreciating being able to run it from my wheelchair. Wish the runtime was a little longer, or the charge time a little less. Haven't had it long enough to try how the washing operation works. Find the release button for emptying it somewhat hard to slide into place. Like the cleaning to the edge.

Fantastic, just what I needed. So handy and easy to use. The green light is a revelation and clearly shows the dirt. Great for pet hair, no tangles, easy to empty and impressed with the battery life. Five stars is not enough for this excellent invention by Dyson.

Everything is good, except for the fact that it leaves a little dirt trail behind it when you move it back-and-forth

Never knew my floors were so dusty. I love the green light that shows you how awful it is. Also that the machine is so light and easy to carry. A few sticky moments to begin with in dismantling and reassembling but I think I have the hang of it now. Very pleased with the purchase.

I love how it is easy to move and how lightweight it is without head so I can do blinds and vents. I wish the brush was slightly stiffer.

Overall experience is good from design to its suction ability .Easy to maneuver plus the compact design makes it easy for storage.

Disappointing. The auction is poor and certainly does not pick up at edges. Coast is small . Wish had not purchased. The precious Dtson we purchased was the wet floor machine which also found a disappointment. The fact was a cold water wash said it all. This was fiddly and gave away do friend in despair. Have been a lifelong admirer all products Dyson we could set up a shop but these products for me get nil points.

I bought this Dyson a couple of weeks ago. I am so pleased with it the suction is superb. It is easy to empty and the light on the machine is wonderful you can see the dust.

I’ve had the pencil vac for over a week and it is okay. It leaves a line of dust! I assume the suction is enough to suck up the debris that the cone dusters gather. The duster and crevice attachments are great to use because the vacuum is light and provides a good reach for difficult to reach ares.

Love stick vac! Versatile directions. Very lightweight, quiet and suction seems to be adequate. One negative is when using the crevice tool it must be held flat to the wall. Sometimes this will not adequately take up the dust.

I bought the PencilVac a few weeks ago, and I can honestly say it is the best vacuum, it is simple to handle and super light, it slides so easily.

Works fine. Would benefit from the handle part of the stem having texture or shaping to make holding the Pencil Vac easier, especially for users with poor grip, like those with Arthritis. The brush on the attachment for overhead working is too soft and would be better with a swivel head.

Absolutely impeccable and life changing! The noise is basically non existent and it has strong suction. It has a big capacity as well and I genuinely can’t get over it. I would recommend it to anyone
