Bad product
Went to use the whole brew coffee pot and it doesn’t work. I had only been using the individual cup with no problem. Now I’m outside my return window. Test every option right away before you realize all the functions do NOT work. Also the description was misleading to other functions this coffee pot was supposed to do.

I have had this for maybe a year, cleaned it and kept up with it and it now all of a sudden just shoots out steam and half the coffee it is suppose to. I’ve tried multiple cleaning cycles, vinegar and descalers. I tried to take it apart so I could fix it but you can’t because ninja uses special safety torques making it impossible. Going back to my Mr.Coffee simple machine that has lasted 20 years.

Coffee grounds in every cup
Used for exactly a little under one month. At first it worked great and then about a week ago we started getting coffee grounds in every single cup of coffee used with a K cup. Tried using the 90 minute cleaning function but it is still happening. Returning.

Walk Away
When I purchased this 2 years ago I loved it. The coffee tastes great! About 6-7 mos later the knob stopped working. No errors or lights to indicate what was wrong. Nothing in the trouble shooter. I cleaned everything. The knob started working but the on/off switch stopped. I don’t make coffee everyday. A few days later it magically started working. But it happened again after 6-7 mos. The warranty was only good for a year. The refurbished one is 90 days. Last month it completely died & was a little less than 2 years old. This was my last ninja purchase. I purchased an expensive pan set the year before & the 2 smaller pans suffered pot holes at the bottom after about 8-9 mos. Their products are going downhill while still wanting big prices.

Half a cup of grounds
2 of the same model and both ran water to fast it made half the grounds go over the filter and make horrible messes every morning to bad its a good looking machine but i will never buy another Ninja coffee maker I called to claim warranty and i had to pay 22 to send a new one (im sure real cost of machine but i should of gotten one free) the 2nd one did the same exact thing took it to work for pod use only
