Poor idea to change the formula
I used the original formula for many years at the suggestion of the GI doctor. It worked great for me. Then the formula was changed. Caused severe cramping and diarrhea. Why in the world did you change something that worked so well.

Lot Number & Expiration Date
This product works well for me. My complaint is the details mentioned while embossed on the package are readable. They disappear into the packaging. Even tilting the box to see, let alone read the details didn't resolve the problem. Can you emboss the details in a different color, making them legible to the consumer so we can see what we're getting. I had to wait until I returned home before I could read the information.

I started taking probiotics for Women’s health reasons. I tried the generic to save money but it didn’t work. Then tried some brands formulated for women and they didn’t help either. So I tried these and they are great. If I forget to take them, I can tell and I get yeast issues. So I try to take one every day. I never want to get generic again- will stick to Phillips. Ordering some now.

Really helped me!
I had Covid a couple of weeks ago and it really messed up my gut! I was devastated, I have a toddler and a newborn so not ideal spending hours in the bathroom! So I purchased these and in a few days my stomach is feeling much better! No cramps or diarrhea!

I have to say this is a good product. I have been using it for well over a month now. It has really helped me with my symptoms that I was having. Now since I have been using this product my symptoms have eased a lot and some of them have went away.

I had a different situation as I am a patient who has dealt with kidney failure. I had a kidney transplant several years back that has been successful. But the only drawback from this second chance on life is that sometimes I have digestive issues. Since I have been taking this product it has regulated and corrected my digestive issues making my life a much better daily. I thank you for this lifeline. GB3

New Formula upsets my GI system
I have used this product for over 10 years. It was wonderful--until the ingredients changed. I cannot "stomach" the new formula. I 'm so disappointed. is there anywhere I can buy the OLD formula?

New formula causes allergic reaction
Can no longer use this product. The change in formula from 3 simple ingredients to 6 ingredients which include magnesium stearate ruled this product no longer safe for me. I have allergies to coconut and palm. This products "new formula" now includes magnesium stearate which is typically coconut derived. Magnesium stearate causes me cramping and diarrhea. So sad that I can no longer use the product to help with my digestive issues.

Not the right probiotic for me
So I’m just going on the record that what does not work for me might work for you. My daughter takes these and recommended them to me. They actually made me so nauseous. I tried taking them different times of the day and with food without food. And still the same. I’m not sure what ingredients in the probiotic that made me nauseous but I stopped taking them. But my daughter swears by them.

Great Disappointment
I’ve been using this product for 3 years. I’ve been extremely pleased with the results. That is until approximately 3 months ago. The product changed and it no longer provides the same results. Probably cost cutting move

WARNING Read all the reviews about formula change
Phillips’ changed the formula. The new one is horrible and caused severe pain for me. The ingredients that were removed from the original formula were highly effective. No longer is Phillips’ using L. Gasseri KS 13 either. I wish I had read the reviews and learned of the change before purchase but to my defense I had been using the original product for 4 years and product change was not on my mind. I will never use Phillips’ products again.

I have been a loyal customer for several years of the colon health probiotic, previous formula. Unfortunately the formula has been update with much less effect. I would love to see the formula returned to its original effectiveness as many other customers have communicated. Thank you for the consideration.
