Pretty disappointed in pasta roller
Received for Christmas as a gift. The roller doesn’t seem to adjust thickness enough. Had one 6-7 years ago that went with the ex in a divorce. Used to be able to see through the sheets of pasta on settings 6-8. This one, on setting 8, the sheets are thicker than store bought fresh lasagna sheets. Pretty bummed

Shocked...
I am shocked my mom's KitchenAid roller attachment broke. I was hoping to purchase another one to replace it. They are always sold in threes with the spaghetti and fettuccine attachments. Sadly we do not need the other two so came to the KitchenAid website in hopes that I could purchase only the roller here. Sadly it is not an option. I really do wish they will update the website so it would be possible or make it a mix and match to make for other pasta like the rigatoni, rotini, or penne attachments

Using the three piece Pasta Roller and Cutter pasta making is that much easier and alot quicker than the old manual pasta machine. Also, it pleases me to share that the pasta was a real hit !!

I previously used an older style pasta making machine; bolting onto table etc... so much more laborious. Using the KitchenAid was so much easier and far more professional results. Pasta roller not so good
Have used this about 3 times the cutters work great but my pasta roller the shear shaft tube where you put the coupler in stripped out and no longer any good very disappointing

This really works.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This attachment is so easy to use and really makes lasagna and tagliatelle easy to make. By using the Kitchen Aid mixer it allows you to use two hands instead of winding a manual pasta maker. You make the pasta in the Mixer wait 20 minutes while it is in the fridge then use the pasta attachements for your past of choice. My granddaughter used it on the school holidays without any help from myself. The fresh lasagna has added another dimension to my Mushroom Lasagna.

Great quality piece but pasta catches in rollers
The flat pasta roller is great, no qualms with it but the spaghetti and fettuccine attachments catch the dough and just get stuck and spin. I have tried more flour, semolina, slower and faster speeds. I also have to say, they are a nightmare to clean when this happens.
