A: Velvet Skin Coat works excellently as an eyeshadow base; however, for best results, we suggest using it sparingly. When it comes to applying Velvet Skin Coat, a little goes a long way :)

I love the Velvet skin coat. It creates a nice matte finish that feels soft but not sticky or greasy. Creates a perfect base for makeup. It's the one product I can't do without.

Love this product!
I've used Velvet Skin Coat for years and plan to continue using it for more years. I don't know what I'd do without it. It's a perfect base for both liquid and powder make-up. It's also a perfect base for both together. Do yourself a favor and try it.

I love this product!
I had acne in my teens and continued to break out as an adult. I have visible pores and this product does wonders covering them so that foundation is smooth and flawless. Highly recommend!
