Product seems good but service/parts is lousy
My APEC purchase of the RO system included a brushed stainless faucet. That particular faucet included its own necessary hose connection. I did not have the option to choose chrome so I made a separate purchase, adding to my initial expense. Yes, the faucet did arrive and it is very attractive. Unfortunately there was no hose connection and tubing. Was that an oversight on APEC’s part or is it to create further expense for the consumer? When friends ask about my new RO system I am sure to include my experience with the stingy parts service. APEC would do well to examine this type of difficulty encountered by an innocent purchaser. There should also have been a choice of finish on the faucet. No attempt was made to compensate me for the additional simple upgrade.

The faucet you purchased faucet-CD-CP comes without the tubing. The same faucet item Faucet-CD-CP-TB comes with tubing included. Depending on the customer, the customer may or may not need the tubing. Both options are available for purchase. Excellent Quality Product
We've been using the designer faucet for over a year and it has performed perfectly. Our previous faucet, from a national manufacturer, started leaking. We wanted to get a faucet that did not leak and was made for an RO system. The APEC faucet fills the need perfectly. If you have need of a beautiful faucet that does not leak you can't go wrong with this faucet.

Only Available in Chrome. Difficult to install behind sink. Had to buy another brand that appears identical in brushed nickel.

Well Designed
My husband and I love this faucet! It is well designed and easy to install. We especially like the smooth turning handle and the flow is whisper quiet.
