Highly disappointed and frustrated with purchase
I have purchased zerowater dispenser along with 2 filters and have been using for 60 days. Within 60 days of usage the filtered water is giving rotten meat smell. In Normal tap water I'm not getting that smell, but when it goes through zero water Culligan filter I'm getting this rotten meat smell. keeping lot of trust on this device I have ordered additional filters for this device but its not lasting longer even for 30 days. If that is the case I can simply purchase a 5 gallon water jug instead of this which gives more value for the purchase. Its Really frustrating and I'm highly disappointed with purchase.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be. In order to avoid a change in the taste or smell of the water it is important to test the water regularly as recommended and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.

This arrived a day ago and I am beyond impressed! The packaging is secure and the directions are extremely easy. I washed and dried as instructed. Set up was a breeze. I tested my tap water and was astonished and sickened that it was 121ppm. My water from a filter in my fridge surprisingly, was 105ppm. And once water was filtered through the Zero Water, 000!!!! Mind you, it was room temperature but the taste is wonderfully light. I feel like this will improve our quality of life! The tank is big enough to fill our water bottles, pots for cooking and even pet water bowls! I plan on adding a little sea salt for mineral sake but I am so glad a friend recommended this to me!!! I paid full price but it is worth it. I also bought two extra filters to have on hand.

I absolutely love this water filter.
I bought the largest water filter they have and I absolutely love it. You can tell the water is fresh and clean and you’re not getting all the nasty stuff most people have in their water. I love the filters, they work so good plus the water checker if part of the outside so you don’t have to look for it’s attached so you check your water anytime you’d like. Clean water water water will stop kidneys from getting stones plus the kidneys from getting infected. If you check your tap water you’ll find so much junk then test your filtered water it will shock you how different it is.

Great capacity and stand.
I love this filter and dispenser. The filters do a great job with our well water that our kids didn't like to drink before. My goal was to get rid of bottled water and get more control over what we are drinking and this has allowed us to do that. I especially like the stand that elevates the tank, and the upper portion will hold a large pitcher of water to filter while you're doing something else. It also has a sliding door on top to pour in unfiltered water so that you don't have to remove the whole lid, which is a nice design feature. My only complaint would be that I wish the stand was slightly taller to accommodate taller cups, but we keep a cup beside the dispenser to top off our drinks or travel mugs.

Large water reservoir!
This is definitely a large-capacity water dispenser! I use it for cooking purposes; it has a large enough reservoir that I can fill a pot or something similar and still have a bit extra. Meanwhile, I can let it filter through more water while I cook! It works out great for me!

I recently purchased the large 52 cup dispenser (1 month ago).I absolutely love it! My water tastes clean now and no more nasty chlorine smell. Coffee tastes better and I now drink more plain water. I recommend this unit to anyone who has issues with their tap water.

Best Filter on the Market
This product literally reads at ZERO as promised. It even has a great taste. I’ve tried many other water filters like Brita, I’ve had bottled spring water of many brands, and even had ozarka delivered to my house. But when it comes to value and quality this beats all of them.

I’m going through a battle with cancer and have been buying bottled water as my city water is not great and I’m taking a lot of precaution with food and drink. My sister suggested I get Zero Water filter and it has not only saved us a ton of money but the water quality is so much better. My husband is a fan too
