I got this with a special offer from Elf. I really like this. It is smoothing and creates a nice foundation for the next layer. I use the cc cream. Very nice

After putting it on, it had a slightly tacky feel but dried enough shortly afterwards. This stuff kept my makeup intact most of the day without that shiny look. It did enhance my makeup look.

The price is not too high and the black design makes the product look high-value. The product has a light fragrance which is also quite pleasant.

Once again Elf delivered a quality product without charging a small fortune. I really noticed a difference in the amount of time my makeup stayed on and looked fresh. I will continue to use.

I’m not sure when they debuted this version, but it is everything for us oily girls. I’ve used the original blue/green one since its debut; this one is chefs kiss! Please never discontinue this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another great primer from the elf brand the power grip matte primer is for us that like a non-shiny look make up that lasts all day without an extra sticky texture to it. I found it very easy to apply and it didn’t take very much product to cover my whole face, and it dried quite quickly for me to apply my liquid foundation. Once applying my liquid foundation gave me a very smooth found Makeup to sit on and reduce the look of fine lines. The value of how much it cost compared to the product that you get is fair in comparison to other products in the market, if not cheaper than other products on the market. Making the value and quality worth picking it up to have it in your make up arsenal.

This one is great, definitely helped create a good base for my long day to maintain a more matte finish through the wear! Paired with the powder foundation, it lasted all day! Only needed to blot my forehead and just around the crease of my nose once or twice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wish they would let us upload a video that was more than 60 seconds because I had more thoughts on this product so I’ll just explain them here but in the video as I was saying, I love this primer. I have extremely dry skin. I do have a lot of texture on my skin, so I was really scared of using this just because anything matte seems to really not agree well with my skin type but this is one of the first mat products I have used that I will definitely purchase with my own money when I run out. My daughter has normal to combo skin. She also tried it as well and it looked beautiful on her. Both of us came to the conclusion that this primer held our make up in place for almost 10 hours because the day we tried it, we both were out for about 10 hours that day, but this primer held our make up in place way better than another brand that everyone knows, it’s a higher end brand. this is so cheap but performs like a prestige product. I have used this primer with my cream foundation as well as my liquid foundation and it has worked well with both formulas. It does not have a scent and it blends in very quickly. I do want to point out when you first rub it into your skin, It does feel almost like a glue and that can be intimidating. I know it was for me, but I gave it about 2 to 3 minutes before I started applying my base and it absolutely worked out perfectly so do not be intimidated of how it feels!

Its formula is light and easy to apply. It leaves a sticky feeling that helps the makeup that is applied adheres better and lasts longer. It is not compatible with all types of makeup because it can leave patches. In my case, it doesn't work to combine it with my RARE BEAUTY liquid blush. It's a good product. If I would buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried a couple different primers from elf cosmetics. I like this one a lot. It’s not as sticky as their other primer. But it still feels thick and cooling and smooth. It’s a great primer so far. My foundations looking good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with combination skin, this primer helped with both my dry and oily areas in my face. It glided on perfectly with my beauty blender. It mattified and gave my whole face a filtered look! I kind of almost didn't want to put anything over it. When I did put my tinted moisturizer on, it went over the primer easily and didn't stick or sink in where it shouldn't have. The primer also pairs very well with the halo glow and both can be used together for a gorgeous no makeup makeup look!
