Not hot enough
Very nice machine, easy to operate however coffee is not hot enoughy

Perfect except for heat.
I enjoy making coffee with my Rivelia. I have owned it for a month. The only thing I don’t like is the temperature of the hot drinks. It just isn’t hot enough for how I like to drink them.

Good Quality
Well made, easy to clean, makes good espresso, but the coffee is so watery it is like it came from a bad hockey arena. Did online chat with de longhi rep but that was not helpful. It may be user error but we have all functions set properly for the beans etc. Great machine if you want it for espresso drinks but not great for coffee (unless you like watery arena coffee).

Broke after one day, can't get a replacement issue
I loved the machine for the first 12 hours, until it broke, and I've struck out on getting it replaced or getting a confirmed response from them on when a new machine will be issued. I wish I'd purchased a different machine.

This is a great coffee machine. I needed a machine that took care of all aspects of grinding and brewing a variety of coffees and this does it all. Glad I chose this model. Love that it was available in white.

Comparable to store bought coffee!
The Rivelia is truly incredible - we used to go to cafes atleast 4-5 times a week for good coffee. That has gone down to basically 0 times a week because the Rivelia once you figure out the customizations, tastes equal if not better than most cafes. Highly recommend getting one if you’re looking to up your home coffee game and save some money in the long run from going to coffee shops.

Ease and simplicity meets luxury
From the minute we opened the back to finishing our first then second cups of amazingness, nothing bit ease and simplicity. The digital guided setup made getting to the first Flat White so enjoyable. The milk frother produces a creamy frothy milk and the coffee is superb. Easily switched out regular beans to decaf which we immediately tried. One of the benefits of this machine non other compared to. We tried another brand and returned it. Don’t even try another just start with the Delonghi Rivelia. You will not be disappointed.

Happy Caffeinator
Our first super-automatic - previously used pour-over style machines. For our Caribou medium-roast, change grind from 5 to 4; intensity 3-4; L or XL (for our typical cup sizes); extra shot is fantastic for an boost+; whole milk for lattes, capacinos, just hot milk to add to coffee. Water temp hot (in Colorado, our coffees gets cold faster than Texas, not a taste thing, just want to start out hot as possible) and milk medium temp. Love the 4 profiles and that it remembers your personal settings. Notes: Had to take Sharpie to milk and water containers to see max line better; water container is small; keep a cup near for rinsing; we clean tray and empty pucks daily. Got a great sale price from Target!

Great machine
I love this espresso machine. I just wish I could make it hotter. I did follow the directions to make it hotter but I wasn’t hot enough for me still. After brewing the coffee. I would have to put it in the microwave for like a minute to two. My favorite coffee on the setting is the cortado. I also love it that it has different options on what kind of coffee I like or feel like having.

The best purchase. Period.
We came back from a few weeks in Italy and our regular morning routine was not cutting it. I wanted to be able to wake up, press a button and have a delicious cappuccino, or shaken espresso. This machine is a dream, and I don't know how I lived for 42 years without it. :) If you are thinking about it, just do it. Easy to use, easy to clean, delicious drinks.

We love our Rivelia automatic coffee maker EXAM44055G. It was definitely a worthwhile splurge. We no longer purchase coffee at coffee shops on a regular basis and we no longer waste coffee as we often tossed what was left in the pot each morning. My husband can have his coffee of choice made to his preference and I can have mine. The ability to change out the hopper with different coffee beans makes this so easy. The milk frother does a great job. Everything is user friendly and cleaning is quite easy. I did quite a bit of research prior to this purchase. We made the best choice. We are highly satisfied customers!

Easy to use
Love this machine for having it for only one month. Our family was looking for something that was automatic and was easy to use. As well as told you exactly what to do for keeping up with your machine like cleaning, filling up water, emptying coffee grounds, filling up with more beans, etc. We like the fact that if gives you so many coffee options and you can customize and save your drinks for each person in the household. Well worth every penny! Only learning curve is just figuring out how to make specialty drinks and what to add to them.

Love but has issues
I love this coffee machine but it has a problem with faulty error empty coffee grounds. This goes off all the time and interrupting coffee brewing. I have read the book and cannot find the sensor to clean it. Can someone please send me instructions on where this is located.
