Glass is cracked
Just bought this and upon taking out of the packaging the glass has a ton of cracks in it and black spots all over!! I didn’t even get to use it

On first fill up out of box says Filter change needed on the meter! :(
Brand new! The meter says change filter! Like within an hour after filling the jar and the first test. Reads 4.6 and has orange light which Culligans QR code says time to replace! I just bought it! Super disappointed!!

Not sure what to expect.
Used filter barely 2 weeks and now starting to get fishy smelling water, especially after warming up a cup in the microwave oven.

Waste of money!
I bought the 40cup dispenser along with 6 filters in March for our new home. And I’ve had to go through all 6 including the filter it came with and it’s only May. In 2 months, I’ve had to change the filters every week or 2 because the water gets bitter or sour with a TDS score of 26 or higher. These products are a total waste of money, look elsewhere for water filtration.

Clear Iced Tea
We have been using this Glass Dispenser for 4-5 months now. Water tastes fresher. Filter lasts roughly about a month. One big change I noticed was to my Iced Tea. I use cold brew tea bags and let it steep for a day, then add any sugar. My tea has never been this crystal clear. I highly recommend this Dispenser.

Difficult to change filter
The water taste great. The container looks great. The problem is when you need to change the filter. It takes you five or six times to get that filter on straight that it doesn’t leak into the container. It’s ridiculous. I noticed that they changed up part of the refill filters by no longer having to sticky top. But it’s impossible to thread it. I even had a friend of mine who’s a contractor thread it and he had to do it three times to get it to be on their straight and not leak. It needs to be re-engineered. In the meantime I’m ditching it and getting something else. It’s too frustrating.

Great water!!
I've had this several months, since my well water started to make me nautious. Now the filtered water tastes so clean & clear! The glass avoids microplastics. I don't have to lift a heavy pitcher. The washers may need to be adjusted for leaks, so put it on something that will.catch a bit of water if needed.

I like the glass container a lot but kinda disappointing that the filter and holder are plastic. The only stainless steel is the lid and the base.

Sooo much better than plastic bottled water.
This was one of my best purchases. took a little bit to get the spigot tight enough so it wouldn't leak. I was afraid I would break the container, but found it was okay to do. This is so handy and looks great on the counter.

I just set up my new water filter dispenser and I already love it. I got the 40 cup dispenser because my family and I would always buy 3-4 packs of water bottles, we’ve been wanting to stop buying water bottles for the inconvenience and the use of less plastic in our home. Good choice
Overall a good choice this product cleanses the water. I tested the water from the sink first, It read 45 and then I ran it through the filter cleaning process and it read 0 zero. The water tasted and it smelled clean. A 100% different. It tasted better after gone through this cleaning process. So I stop buying cases of water bottles. This way is much better to clean your own water from your home. Thank you!

Finally enough good water!!
I bought the larger size because I was filling the 22 cup one every single day. I now have the 40 cup one on the counter for the tea and coffee makers and the smaller one in the fridge for chilled water. I love it!!!

Great filter
I really liked how the water comes out fresh, and it comes with a little meter to read the freshness of the water. The only minor inconvenience is that the screw becomes loose and it starts to leak Water all the counter. I have to empty out the glass container to go back in there to screw it tighter so it won’t leak

Effective filtered water system!
When all family members started having digestive issues, and after nothing having been found in numerous tests including a test of our well water, I decided to try a filter water system on a hunch. I am delighted to say that within about two weeks, noticeable changes in all of us was seen! And I can definitely taste a difference in the water. Hey Culligan man, you're good! Very happy with this product!

Love it!
I love this water dispenser! It is glass which is very important to me. Yes it is huge! 40 cups worth. I wish the stand was a little higher so I could put my water bottle under the nozzle but then it would be too tall to fill. You can't have everything I guess. But what I do have is crystal clean water, no calcium deposits in my kettle and the feeling that am taking really good care of myself!
