Terrible and not waterproof at all. It was smudging and under my eyes within an hour. So disappointing and it's hard for me to get into a store for a return (in store return is the only option given for this) so now I can't even get a refund for something that is unusable...

I seen a previous review mention that it cause styes and I had the same experience I used to use this on a religious basis, but something has definitely changed with the formula. It’s also very flaky now.

Caused 2 Styes – Something Changed!
This used to be a staple for me, but something must have changed with the formula. I ended up with a stye- 2x! I bought a brand new tube and developed a stye within a few days. After it cleared, I gave it another shot with another new tube, and it happened again!! I checked other reviews and saw I’m not alone - this seems to be a common reaction. Since switching to another brand, no more issues. Unfortunately, I’ll be steering clear of Maybelline from now on.

Doesn't last, doesn't look good
One of the worst waterproof mascaras I’ve ever used. Didn’t last me more than 4 hours and stared to smudge under my eyes. If it starts to wear off slightly, it becomes tacky and suddenly starts to stick together. If it weren’t so awful, I’d think it’s hilarious that I looked like a panda with one thick eyelash. Weirdly enough, removing it is terrible as well, which is odd. Seems like it can sense you want it off and then decides to cling for dear life.

I’ve worn this for years and it’s like the formula changed. Smudges and flakes and just looks bad now. Super disappointing. I thought it was an old tube but this is been happening for the last six months and various tubes.
