A: No, primers are generally for underneath makeup. You want a fixing/setting spray. The e.l.f. setting spray is pretty decent, so I'd recommend giving that a try.

For me it glides onto my skin and leaves such a smooth glass like surface for you to prep your make up on. And to be honest, it grips onto your skin with out suffocating it. Like it almost blends in with your skin and compliments my foundation. I don’t crease as much using this primer.
