Leaking at 2 months
I bought this less than two months ago and it’s already leaking out the bottom. I have enough laundry do to thanks. I’m so disappointed as this is the start of the breastfeeding journey with an expensive pump that’s poorly made. I expected better sadly.

Benita -Bad Product
I purchased this product and I only used it 3 times & the motor has gone out . The suction sucks , need a pump with a stronger suction. Can’t find customer service number so I can even contact them .

Wish I could return it for true handsfree
Currently using this as my main pump & love that they don’t leak like the momcozy however at first the suction was instant & now it takes a little while to start. The buttons don’t work a lot of the times & the battery pack shorts out alot & its inconvenient. It’s werid to advertise hands free but I gotta carry around those bulky pump and battery pack.

Difficult
Honestly I don't really like this pump. Aside from not being able to figure out how to get proper fitting flanges for this specific pump, it's just annoying to deal with. The tubes always twist and make it impossible to sit comfortably and I've had the tube itself break out of the yellow plug in piece. Cleaning is another thing, it's easy to wash aside from the fact that water and milk get stuck in the rim where it's near impossible to get out. I had to throw away an entire bag of milk cause I noticed mold in the pump. Also you have to lug it around everywhere you go. I tried to do dishes while pumping and it literally kept falling on the floor or hitting my ankle, unplugging, and I have to CONSTANTLY check to make sure I'm still getting any sort of flow and I never am

This pump has been a nightmare. Bought the first pump before my daughter was born, it only lasted a week or 2 and the motor went out. Called manufacturer, and all they did was replace it with the same exact one. It took 1-3 business days to come in so I had to use a hand pump. The new one lasted about a week or 2 again. Got that one replaced again. The third one lasted a month and a half, thought it was finally a good one. Nope! Motor went out again today. My daughter is now 4 months old and I would be on my 4th pump. No thanks! Waist of money! Please don’t buy!

Medela Pump in Style Hands free
The Medela Pump in Style Hand-Free is an affordable hands-free pump. It is very easy to use and pumped with ease. The only con was that if you don’t close the breast cup tightly when you pour the milk in the bottle it makes a mess. That was a user error. I had to massage the breasts first before using it to get the most effective use. The pieces are very easy to clean, but it is sometimes annoying to have to put it all back together. Overall, it was very easy effective and safe to use.

Bad suction
I bought this pump before my little one got here. I used it for a little while and it seemed to work okay never really had great suction. Now after using for a month maybe it’s like it has worse suction. I used it but then had to go get a manual to get over an ounce out after using this pump. Other than the suction it’s good. I love that it is hands free if it would just work

It’s alright.
The cups are very comfortable & I like how small the pump is but it doesn’t seem to have enough suction & the expression mode doesn’t seem to do anything or have adjustable suction. It being portable due to the battery pack is great, cups are mostly easy to clean but you do have to remove the outer seal ring as it collects water & doesn't dry properly. It is a very quiet pump which is another plus but it really doesn’t seem to get the job done.

Leaks!
The cups on this pump leak! Do not buy. There is an “O” ring piece that comes off the cups to clean and it is very hard to get back on.
