    HAS ALL YOU NEED!!!

    I love it. Lightweight. cleans beautifully. The refuse cup is smaller than I'm used to; but it makes you empty it more ofter which keeps the vacuum working better. Love how it takes up so .little space. Also the xtra long cord let me vacuum my entire 2 BR condo without having to unplug it one time. I am a Shark Lover and have many of their products. This one is great.

    Oddly enough, a stranger in the pub recommended this machine to me. It’s lightweight, compact and does a great job. Corded but it feel cordless. Love it!

    Unhappy With The Cord

    Instructions state to avoid running over your cord and avoid getting your cord caught in the brush roller. They don’t inform you that this is somewhat self propelling.,I turned it on tu use it. It immediately went forward without me touching it and ran over the cord. The cord was caught in the brush roller. I turned it off immediately. Some of the rubber covering the cord is off resulting in exposed wiring. I had to purchase a replacement part to get a new cord. I wouldn’t purchase this again. The wiring in the cord should have a more durable covering.

    Goodbye, Dyson.

    Wow, what a difference from my heavy Dyson! Every time I vacuumed, I would get down in my back. But my Shark is so amazing!! It doesn’t stress my back at all, and I can’t believe the tons of dirt It picked up that my Dyson missed. There’s just no comparison. Love my Shark Power Detect Cordrd Ultra Light!

    This vacuum is the one, Its light yet powerful, gets all the pet hair without getting tangled around the roll brush. It easily detects the different surfaces without having to stop and change the floor type. Its worth the money. Do yourself a favor and buy it now

    Love it!

    I have only had my Shark Powerdetect stick vacuum for a short time and at this point I am very impressed. The suction and pickup power is fantastic compared to my Shark cordless stick vacuum. It’s actually embarrassing to see how much this vacuum picks up! I was blind to how dirty my house really was 😂

    Poor quality features, but works great

    I've had this vacuum for a while now , and it works great...my quip is with the quality...had 2 shark rockets, both worked great, good quality...this new one is made of the crappiest materials...hard plastic cord instead of a rubber one, hard to wrap around the stops, the plastic of the general vacuum feels and sounds so cheap....I think your quality has gone down, and not sure I'll buy another one.....the cord alone, is very frustrating.

    Throw Rugs

    I had to stand on the throw rugs to hold them down because the suction is so strong. These two carpets are at the back door and get a lot of traffic. They also get vacuumed by my Dyson (albeit old) weekly. After running the Shark vacuum over them, the vacuum was full.

    I think I’m hooked!

    I bought this vacuum last month during an incredible sale. I was skeptical about getting another corded vacuum but this is amazing. I love all the features and it cleans deeper than my Dyson stick vacuum ever had. It’s light weight, stands on its own and maneuvers so smoothly! So powerful on my carpets that even on hard surface mode, it picks up the rugs. The only struggle I have is with my rugs on my hardwood floors, the vacuum tries to eat them! This is my 2nd shark purchase as the first was a floor cleaning which I also adore.

    Great for hardwood and low pile rugs

    I have it 2 weeks. - I have 2 dogs hardwood floors and low pile carpets. This handles all with ease and actually does a great job picking it all up. I was hesitant to get a stick but found it works just as well as regular and it’s easier to maneuver . The cord is long and covers most of my main floor. The small con is you have to dump the cup often, but it’s really not a big deal- and shows you how dirty you floors really were.

    The cord will be the downfall of this vacuum

    I really do like this vacuum. I have a shark full size vacuum that is great and love having a corded stick vacuum for quick yet complete cleaning. I have long thick hair that sheds like crazy and it never gets wrapped around the brushrolls. The smaller canister honestly makes it so much easier to empty out the debris and dust, as my old battery stick vacuum from another company would get stuck by the filter and I’d have to stick my hands in to grab all the gross stuff. The lights make it easy to maneuver and see crud on your floors. Overall, it’s great and I honestly love it… for the most part. I bet you’re wondering, well if it’s so great then why the 2-star rating? Well - it’s the cord itself. It is the most rigid, uncooperative cord I have ever experienced on an electronic of any kind. My larger Shark has a very nice, pliable and flexible cord that makes wrapping it up and moving it around SO much easier. I thought I’d be getting a similar cord situation when ordering this one, but oh my gosh. The amount of times I have contemplated sending this back ONLY because it is a fight every single time I use it. It gets knotted and twisted so easily, it is so rigid that it barely wraps, and just when you think you’ve finally gotten it around the machine, the clip turns downward and the entire cord falls off and needs to be redone. It takes me longer to put the cord on the thing when I’m done than to actually vacuum my house. I really REALLY wish they would fix this for the next model because this will be the one reason I never buy a new Shark vacuum again.I could see people with arthritis or low mobility in their hands/fingers having a very hard time with this. PLEASE MAKE THE CORD MORE FLEXIBLE. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO WRAP A CORD.

    I've had this shark detect vacuum for about 2 weeks. I've used it twice so far and it is amazing! It's got power and wants to take off soon as you turn it on! It cleans like my other shark did which was also amazing but with more power. It's lighter in weight, stands upright with power control and vacuum container attached to the top. Easy to use. Easy to clean. You can use it manually in carpet or floor mode or set it to detect what you are vacuuming. I love the bigger front lights and angled front end to get under more furniture than my other one which was taller and rounded and would get stuck easily just getting to the edge of cupboards or low rise stands. It's sleek , efficient, powerful, does and excellent job .
