Great until it’s not
We have had this pot for seven months or less. It makes an excellent cup of coffee and worked really well until it stops. We have notice that the components between the water spout where the coffee comes out and the lid of the pot arenot working as thy should. Water is staying in the grinds too long and overflowing. It’s a mess now. I have the same pot at work and it works great. Why this one isn’t working is a mysey.

Not long lasting
I bought this a little over a year ago and suddenly the taste of the coffee has gotten very bad. Disappointing because we loved it up until this point!

Programmable, vortex water distribution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee maker. I like being able to control the strength of my coffee. I also love how the carafe keeps my coffee hot for up to two hours. I like the looks of the maker and I like the 12 cup capacity. I also love being able to have coffee ready when I get up in the morning.

Need lighted clock
Just purchased a black and decker thermal program above 12 cup coffee maker. And have set it up. I haven’t used it yet. But I do have a suggestion, it would be nice if the clock was lighted. It is difficult to see perhaps because I am older, but it makes it difficult to set the time and to be sure it’s still operable. Just a suggestion.

Time to treat myself to a better coffee maker!
I've only had this coffee maker for 2 weeks but pleased so far. It is a step above my old basic Mr Coffee. I like the features that my old coffee maker lacked such as the automatic shutoff, the programmable timer, metal thermal carafe, and the washable brew basket.

Easy cleaning a little big good cup of coffee
This is my third one I like the fact that you can get your hand inside the craft to clean it my only complaint is the size of the p.m. when programming for the morning easy to miss

Hot coffee saves on electricity
Great coffee maker. No more hot plates to keep the coffee hot. Saves on electricity. My only wish is that the led display had been backlit for better visibility.

bad design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried to open the coffee resivior cover the tab broke off in my hand. Is way to thin that's why it broke. Used super glue to affix it back.

Stopped working after 13 months
This was a decent pot while it lasted. But today it just stopped working. It won't brew or clean. There was no indication it was having any problems. I've been happy with lots of Black and Decker appliances. But this one just quit on me when I needed it.
