Lots of Power in a Compact Cleaner
I used my new PowerDash Pet Advanced Compact Cleaner to clean all my area rugs.I hate to admit how much dirt that little machine pulled out of those rugs! They look brand new.

It is difficult to push forward on a carpet. The furniture accessory attachment, when connected, allows your full tank of cleaning water to empty out about two thirds of your solution before you are done! The water just empties out of the carpet cleaner floor jets. The cleaner should stop the water from going to floor to work only for the attachment. Makes quite the mess.

You get what you pay for
I bought it because when I got this, my dogs were not potty trained and it was kind of complicated to potty train them and we did not want to hire a trainer and we had a lot of carpet so I bought this it does leak a lot the hose does not really work it only lasted for just one year and the tank is pretty small I do vacuum thoroughly but it’s still picked up a lot of dog hair but you get what you pay for

DO NOT BUY!
I’ve had this for almost a year and what a piece of garbage. It’s useless. It absolutely soaks your carpet and goes through so much water and then barely dries it at all. It’s been a nightmare. Please don’t waste your money starting with this and just spend a little more to get a better machine.

I'd give this product no stars if possible. Right out of the box it won't work, no power. Researching on the internet, the power switch is a common problem with this product. Unfortunately, I lost the sales receipt so can't return it. Hoover used to make good, durable products but I'll remember this experience the next time I'm thinking of buying a floor care product.

Hoover vs Bissel Pro 2x revolution.
Used the Hoover for a week every other day. So far no issues, prior I bought the Bissell pro heat 2x and that was a mega fail. This Hoover cleans nice and the dry time is about 30 minutes roughly it doesn’t leave the rug soaked or extremely damp, simple to clean and has the attachments for above floor. Does fine so far but haven’t had it enough for long term wear and tear, for that will rate a 4

I recieved my shampooer, I have had a Hoover before - worked great. The plate that goes on top does not clip on. I looked at several u-tube videos thinking I was doing something wrong. I put duct tape to hold it on so I could use it. I should not have to do this. I will return for one with parts that work.

Do not waste your money
Bought and used once before it started leaking water everywhere as soon as it's turned on. I took it apart & cleaned it, watched the Hoover YouTube videos on how to fix it this so called "leak", even called customer service (offered zero help). Even though it says it's under warranty, it's not. I really want my money back and I feel ripped off.

Okay of a vacuum
I bought this back in 2023 and it broke right after my two year manufacture warranty was up. (Costumer service is zero stars) the machine worked fine compared to other carpet cleaner I had used. Some times it would leak if using the attachment and it wasn’t the best at sucking up water. Not sure what went wrong but the roller stopped spinning and the machine was catching fire.
