Contact the manufacturer of the floor for any questions or test on a hidden area of the floor before use. Use only on sealed, finished flooring.     Newer can be better.

    The newer version is easier to use. The battery part in particular uses fewer batteries than the one it is replacing. It is a lot quieter when dispensing the cleaning fluid too

    Do not buy

    My air purifier goes crazy when I mop with the swiffer. I looked into it and they use toxic chemicals. They also test on animals! I bought Bona instead. Swiffer, stop animal testing!!

    I loved this Swiffer wet jet. But I guess the motor quit on me after a couple of years, because it lights up but does not spray. I did all the YouTube suggestions, like sticking a needle or soaking it in some water to unclog the sprayers. But nothing. Besides I don’t hear the noise anymore. So save yourself the money and buy something without a small motor. What’s worse I had just bought 2 new bottles. Now I get to spray them by hand!

Also, hold the spray button for a few seconds to prime it, and you might need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while spraying.     How do you replace the batteries in Wet Jet?

    I've scoured the internet trying to figure out how to replace the batteries in my Wet Jet. Every video shows a button that is easy to press to reveal the batteries. My model has no such button, so I can't even figure out where the batteries are, let alone replace them. What a piece of junk.

    Too rich for my floors!

    OMG a battery? OMG you MUST USE THEIR REFILLS AND PADS. Have you checked the price of these mandatory items? More than a dollar a pad? I will use the bottle enclosed but will NEVER buy another bottle of THEIR soap. And the bottle only does two rooms? What a deal, sign me up!

    LOVED until it broke...

    We loved this mop. The smell of the cleaner is great and we have gotten a few compliements from family about how shiny our floors are. I am just really bummed that after a year the handle got flimsy which made it hard to use but a year and half later it competely stopped working. Changed the batteries and everything and just dead.

    Disappointed consumer

    I had an old wet jet and it finally died after over 10 years. Bought a new one and returned it because the lights didnt work. Second one neither lights nor pump would work. Called and found out the newer models do not have lights. So, first one I returned was fine! Very disappointed that they discontinued the lights as it made it easy to see where Solution was coming out! They need to bring back the wet jet WITH LIGHTS.

    I love my Swiffernwet jet. my last one worked for 6 years! The new one I got doesn't work though!? I am using the old Swiffer's battery pack and then it works. But kind of a bummer to get a new one that doesn't power on or spray water.

    broke in less than a year

    broke in less than a year. I made sure the batteries were fresh and one day it just didn't work. I bought this less than a year ago and only used it about once a month. garbage.

    Has minor issues

    This is a great mop that we use all the time but has two exceptions: 1. The handle is too short for anyone over 5 feet tall. Hurts mine and my wife’s back. 2. Leaves mop particles on the floor that must be vacuumed up after using.
