This gold Keurig lasted a year then broke down nothing seems to last anymore very irritating really liked the color now using our old one again thats 10 years old!

Quality has decreased
I've been a loyal Keurig user for many years, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. My current machine just died after 16 months, the one before that lasted only 2 months. I only make 1-2 cups per day and take excellent care of the machine. Very disappointing.

Great Keurig and live all the features
I love all the features and the big water reservoir. I haven't tried the iced feature, but it was the reason for replacing our old Keurig. Very easy to use and you don't have to wait for it to cycle before you can get your first cup of coffee, like our old one.

This unit is a step up from the "Classic" which I have as well. It adds a few additional features that I wanted, but really weren't necessary. My biggest issue with the "Classic" is that it had three cup size settings, 6oz 8oz and 10oz. I use a 12 oz coffee mug and I always found myself hitting the 6oz brew button twice to get my 12oz cup full. The Keurig Elite ACTUALLY has a dedicated 12oz cup button and that together with the temp adjustment feature made it worth the additional cost to me.
