It’s so easy to install and replace the filter.
My wife and I slowly quit drinking tap water because of the taste. We bought Britta faucet filter system, along with two Britta water filter containers. We put one in the refrigerator because my wife likes hers cold. And we have one on the counter, I like mine room temperature. Now we both drink more water than we ever have. I don’t know why we didn’t do this sooner. I recommend it to everyone, it really improves the quality of our water.

Environmental and economical
I have been using brita's products for over a quarter of the century. I started with the pitcher filters and then just attached the filter system to the faucet. I find it so odd of the elderly neighbors I have purchase case after case of bottled water being misguided; it's simply filtered water, packaged in plastic. It's detrimental to their wallets but more importantly to the earth...so sad. I'm able to fill my coffee and tea pots, the ice cube trays, and my travel thermos. It's so much better and more economical.

Product is not as good as used to be
I've used the faucet system for 15+ years. Used to be a great product but lately (last year or so), the last couple of twin packs replacement filters I've purchased are very very slow. I've even bought a whole new system to no avail and its not any better.

Leak
I purchased a Brita Elite water filtration system a year ago and it peformed well until yesterday when I noticed a leak around the base where the filter sits. Action: I removed the filter and reseated it, but that did not resolve the problem. I then replace that filter with another (i.e., newer filter) but this did not resolve the problem. It is obvious that the base where the filter sits is defective.

Really wish it work better
I switched to Brita because it was rated as better than Pur. While the tap water tastes & smells better, it is leaving a crusty residue in my glass pitchers & the cats water dish (even though I wash it thoroughly every few days) ALSO as many others have noticed, the red/green meter does not work. I was hoping you offered different filters for my faucet mounted system but no. Just the same disappointing one that’s not working for me.

Doesn't fit
Is much lighter in weight than the last filter. I then tried to put it on and neither one sent will link on. Had to put my old filter back on and that clicked on immediately. So how do I replace the filter, now?? If they’re not fitting; I assume I’ll have the same issue with another refill. Do I have to replace the entire sink filter? Not happening. They also arrived scratched and dusty. Thought they were returns until I saw the filter color come through. Have to return.

It start leaking the water from the side.
The water faucet breaks easily. Our water has too much calcium deposit and does not work on the faucet. It start leaking from the side and breaks the nob. I already changed two in within 6 to 8 months each (I changed the filter about 2 months). I will not order again.

sent wrong item twice but target has my money so sucks to suck I guess
I received the regular when I ordered Elite. First , I received a box of protein bars with the warehouse sticker for the packer to scan that said elite Brita sink filter so OBVS some one just didn't care. Then when target sent the replacement instead of coming from the warehouse which is preferable it came from the store AND WAS THE REGULAR FILTER NOT THE ELITE. with no invoice in the box. this is exhausting. I don't understand why target doesn't care. I don't have a car and am a single mom. my nearest target is a 30 minute drive down a 80 mph highway and they don't even have Uber or public transportation so there no way for me to remedy this on my own. and I don't have the income to eat targets mistakes. and i love in a place that advises water filters that can remove less especially for tenants with children. target you suck.

These filters work really well filtering out sediment from iron shale along with other pollutants. I am more than satisfied with the quality and what these filters have accomplished in giving me clear, clean, and safe water.

I bought the pitcher Brita because I was tired of drinking contaminated water. Lots of chlorine, and if you have old style galvanized pipes, Mercy!!! I’m extremely happy with the quality of my water and I have to drink at least one to two gallons of water per day.

Not worth it
Indicator light stopped working within 1 year. Changed faucet unit, and that is an hour of my time I won't get back. Will be looking for other options because having a filtering system, not necessarily to drink water but for food preparation is a daily use. My brother in law is handy and he had to tweak the 1st system. SMH.
