Gorgeous and sturfy, A++ from our house
So far so good. My glass jar does NOT leak like the reviews have stated. I am still trying to justify if this is worth $300. We have only made protein shakes but you can definitely tell the quality in the mix between this blender and my Ninja blender I have. Pros: it is glass, It’s very easy to glide through the intensity levels and I do like the function of turning on and off with the small button. it’s not any louder than a normal mixer, the base is heavy so it doesn’t move when blending, the color is gorgeous, easy to clean with a clean option. when blending fruits and veggies you do NOT have any chunks or small tidbits!! Which I love! Cons: price… the base is heavy so I do agree with comments stating it does stay on the counter but at least its gorgeous so that’s a plus, I wish the jar was a tad bit bigger because I do make homemade sauces using a variety of ingredients and I am hoping it’ll all fit. (Haven’t tried yet) I also wish there was a click or some type of way of knowing which intensity level you’re mixing on. Overall, I don’t have any leaking issues, I could see it would be a possibility IF the base was taken apart. I am not one to keep food sitting in or on my dishes/kitchen stuff so maybe if someone left it, and needed a true deep clean and took it apart maybe it would leak because it really is very secure on the base of the jar. I do have a little water coming out from sides but that is when I wash and I leave it to dry, I try to clean and dry my dishes within a day. Again, not sure if just my luck I got a good one or what. If you’re debating like I was for almost a year… just do it; it works amazingly and the color is beautiful! I am still debating on returning because of the price, but there truly is a huge difference between my ninja and this mixer. My ninja lid broke so I took this as a sign lol I understand the price is a bit high… for me, I have purchased all the other kitchenaid line such as cordless hand mixer, food processor, cordless emulsifier, cordless coffee grinder, cordless food chopper. If my husband hadn’t gifted me a stand mixer years ago and if the option for the professional stand lift mixer was available in this color, I would probably invest in it too. Do not buy!
Leaks where bottom screws at. Nasty metal liquid stuff leaks from bottom screw. Smells like burnt metal screws. Does not blend well, fruits always gets stuck, have to mix with a spoon to get fruit to mix and blend. Very loud! I want a refund!

Worst blender ever
I have never left a review on any item ever. I feel that strongly-do not purchase this blender. The bottom leaks, we had to take apart because mold was growing on the inside. The screw striped, contacted customer service for a replacement and they’re worthless. I will never buy another kitchen aide product.

Leaky glass jar - design problem
Every Single kitchenaid glass jar leaks!!! I have had 3 different variations over 20 years. They All leaked. Always the supposed seal but all leaked. Works extremely well otherwise.

Would give 0 for product and services
Came broken out of box caused unused product to go to waste leak all over place and then target won't assist at all with proper replacement at no inconvenience this place has gone to crap! Customer service is completely incompetent and it's the second time will never deal with them again and have to call mfr now!

Leaky Jar
Kinda the same story as everyone else: as soon as we filled the jar it immediately started leaking everywhere. We tightened the screws and the seals around the blades, but no dice. We were able to exchange it for a new jar, but who knows if it will solve the issue. It just seems like a manufacturing error. So sad because it was so cute!

Disappointed! Leaky glass jar.
Its beautiful but I cant use it because the jar leaks. Where is the quality control department? You would think the jar would be tested before being released to consumers. With so many complains this has to be one of the biggest consumer disappointments in 2024.

Original and replacement both leaked
I did read reviews that mentioned leaking but hoped it was a fluke on account of poor Quality Control. The original I received leaked terribly--a stream of liquid. Unfortunately, the second did the same thing. Super disappointed. My husband even tried to tighten some of the nuts/bolts but it continued to leak.

The first base leaked but kitchen aid sent a replacement free of charge. As for the actual blender— excellent! Works quickly and quietly - unlike the vitamix. And I love the glass base. No microplastics (or at least less) and safe for hot items. Really worth the price!

Leaked with first use
I was very excited for this blender, took it out of the box, and thought right away something was off with what appeared to be a seal sticking out. Sure thing, I tried putting water in it and it gushed right out. So much for the "assembled in the U.S.A." marketing!

First one I ordered was leaking from the bottoms so I returned it and ordered another one the second one was even worse leaking so much more ! Don’t buy !

One year later
This blender is a beast when it comes to making smoothies, dips, and even soup! It gets through fibrous vegetables just fine, as well as frozen fruit. My only complaint is this is a heavy appliance; it needs to be kept on your counter otherwise you're deadlifting this thing every time you have to use it. It is also slightly hard to clean; been getting a little mold buildup under the jar.

Leaky jar... Twice
I ordered one, it was leaking. I ordered a replacement, it was leaking. The replacement took well over a week to get to me. Also this blender went on sale (by eighty-dollars) shortly after I purchased the first one. Target failed to honor their 14-day price match guarantee, where they will refund you the difference in price, if the item you bought from Target went on sale within two-weeks of your purchase. The blades of the blender are not supposed to be user-removeable. To take off the base that the blades/drive-shaft are stuck through, you would need a specialty screwdriver, and I am pretty positive this would void any sort of warranty. Hence why I did not attempt to fix this myself. I never got to use the blender. What I like about it? The blender feels like quality - dense, heavy, quality feeling matierials. The dial looked very simple to use. The warranty is supposed to be far better than cheaper appliances.... That's about it Things that I don't think I would have liked about the blender, even if it did work? I read some reviews that point out that the connection to the base (where the drive-shaft fits) is completely plastic, which is usually not seen on more expensive blenders and is a potential fail-point. Eventually I would want a far more powerful blender (such as a Vitamix) that can use sheer power and friction to heat soups. ...I'm writing this out of frustration. Before I finalize my return, I might reach out to KitchenAid and see what they have to say. Target sold out, at this time, so they couldn't send me another replacement, even if that's what I wanted

I was so excited to add this blender to my collection of kitchen aid products in the same color, but when I washed it to use for the first time i learned quickly that it leaks, bad.

After my ninja blender got a crack I decided to replace it with this. Love the aesthetic of it, I took one star off for function. Doesn’t blend as good as the ninja, it is important to put the liquids and soft foods on bottom then the frozen stuff (something I didn’t have to worry about with ninja). Love the glass top. Would buy again.

I am absolutely in love with this pebbled palm color! I have the KitchenAid mixer that was exclusively designed with Hearth & Hand with Magnolia and it matches it perfectly! I haven’t used the blender yet but I did go through the different settings and it all seemed to work as expected. Not sure why some comments say it came with a plaster jar, mine came with a beautiful heavy duty glass jar. The quality is nothing short of what I would expect from Kitchenaid and H&H with Magnolia.
