Excellent product
I've previously owned a Ninja AF160 which lasted about 5 years with daily use. Wanted to repurchase the same item when I came across this model. Although it is less slim as the AF160 (the depth is much longer), the extra volume to cook makes up for it. The only pet peeve is that the power cord is too short. I had to resort using an extension cord, which adds to clutter in the kitchen. Shark - You can do better!

Overall All Great, Could Use a Few Minor Tweaks
Overall, love this thing. Cooks stuff well, easy to use, and the stacked style saves space. My two gripes are why are there no rubber feet on the front end? The back end has them but when I am taking the baskets in and out the front end slides around because it has no grip. And secondly it needs an auto pause feature when you take a basket out. My old air fryer had this and I miss it. Having to manually pause when you want to shake or check food is annoying.

Doublestack XXXL air fryer
Had the Foodi before this but was not using it for the pressure cooker/steamer. I love I can now cook 2 food types at the same time and pleasantly surprised they can have different temp/timing (not just divided). The air frying takes a little longer but I have always burnt in the Foodi and that no longer happens, so happy all over.

Disappointing
I usually love ninja products but this one has been disappointing. It doesn’t cook the food as well as my old air fryer, seems like the cooking time is much slower. And even though I haven’t had it very long one of the double ovens seems to not been cooking much at all.

Took too long
Need to shake often due to heat coming from back. Cook time when using both baskets was over double what we used to have with previous fryer. Returning.

Lots of space
I’ve had this for 3 weeks and I love it. It’s so nice to be able to cook 2 food items at the same time. I previously had the Ninja Air Fry Pro Countertop Oven and this one is easier to clean and I can make more food at the same time.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this brand completely
I bought their air fryer less than a year ago, and the problems started early. I liked the idea of the stacked dual-drawer layout to save counter space, but the actual design just didn’t hold up. Because of where the fans are placed, the cooking was uneven. I had to open the drawer halfway through and move the food around just to get it to cook properly. I dealt with it because I really wanted the vertical design to work, but it was frustrating right from the start. On top of that, every time you turned it on, it blasted a loud beeping noise with no option to silence it. Annoying and totally unnecessary. Then one of the drawers stopped emitting hot air altogether. The fan just quit, so only one compartment actually cooked anything. That’s when I reached out for warranty service, and things went downhill fast. Their warranty process is a complete nightmare. They make you jump through endless hoops, demand multiple photos, and every time I sent exactly what they asked for, they claimed something was wrong with the pictures. It honestly felt like they were trying to avoid honoring the warranty. And even if they eventually approve your claim, they still expect you to pay a $25 shipping fee to get a replacement for their defective product. The quality is poor, the design is flawed, and the customer service is the worst part of all of it. If you want an air fryer, go with Cosori. I’ve never had a single issue with them, and their customer service is fantastic. Please don’t waste your money on this brand. You’ll end up disappointed, frustrated, and stuck dealing with a company that doesn’t stand behind its own products. Stay clear.

Unimpressive
Not a great item. Was looking for something to work with our smaller counters, but the heat vents on the side for this unit (not the back like other air fryers) and the timer and fan/hearing element still run with you pull out a basket. Don’t get it and try it out from Target because we had a lot of pushback when we went to return it even though they are going to put it back on the floor with a clearance tag, I’m sure; we only had the item opened for about a week so the pushback wasn’t warranted.

Beyond disappointed
I bought this to replace my single drawer Ninja air fryer so that I could have two drawers that cook independently but boy do regret that! This does not work very well at all. We tried to cook premade hashbrowns but they took a very long time to crisp up. Same thing with tater tots and everything else we have cooked. I am beyond disappointed and can't return it because we threw away the box like a bunch of dunderheads.

Very Good Buy
We've been using our double stack for 3 weeks & very happy. There are a few online videos saying this model doesn't cook well or evenly. I totally disagree with this, very even cooking & on par or less cooking time than an air fryer we've had in the past. Only downside is our dog doesn't like the fairly loud bleeping!
